DHA should also present a sample or a model so that people could follow. but i dont think they will. look at their drainage project in DHA Karachi. Even monkeys could have designed better. They destroyed the roads and it still doesnt work.
Dha doesnt come and check anything... dha is charging rs.100,000 for using their surveyors and some amount under the table to get the approval.. pls visit dha n talk to them to get the reality check. Every other house in dha has solar system. Why on earth is dha waking up now; how come they didnt see so many elevated structures in the past 3 years? This is only a way of minting money.
