@@maaliq239 who said they not paying bills? How govt want to receive bills of 4 hours? Imagine govt give 4 hours electricity to punjabis is it possible for them to survive? Obviously they will bicoot of bills and will protest as possible as they can. That's the reason govt not providing full time gas , electricity and same like this other necessary things that's why they going against the state. If same situation continue Pakistan will never progress. Punjab is not only Pakistan Mark my words.
