    I like the concept, but these style homes will become a parking nightmare, with vehicles littering the curbs & such.

    It is likely that this house, in 20 years, will be worth 700k, if it lasts that long.

    • @danieldaniels7571
      @danieldaniels7571 7 месяцев назад

      I expect a big housing market crash and correction before then. Or, you’re right, but in 20 years, inflation will make $700k worth what $150k is today.

    • @waltchan

      Not possible at all. Probably only $425K max 20 years later. Home price growth is determined by future open land space. San Antonio has plenty of open land space outside to build future new homes. California has done well on home price growth only because of lack of future land space. Like Riverside, CA is a fine example.

    How is 1550 sq feet 4 bedrooms a tiny home ?

    • @johnmosesrealtor
      @johnmosesrealtor  11 месяцев назад +3

      I believe it is more on the way its built then the size.

    • @supertuber120
      @supertuber120 9 дней назад

      The house itself might not be tiny but I think the rooms are. I live in a 1 BR, 1 bath apartment and it's 750 sq feet. So if they fit 4 BR and 2 bathrooms into a space just over twice that size then those are some really small rooms. So maybe it's considered a tiny house partially because of the average size of each room not the overall size of the house.

    Feeling like a Baltimore City rowhouse that's been detached and a couple of windows added, wouldn't want to miss seeing those very close neighbors. Too pricey, too narrow (trailers are cheaper) and waaaay too dense of a lifestyle.

    • @danieldaniels7571
      @danieldaniels7571 7 месяцев назад +2

      @@jayc4715 because it’s attracting the same kind of low-end new home clientele that purchased new homes in Maryvale outside of Phoenix back in the day, and that’s about how long it took to become a ghetto. Same thing with the Montebello area in Aurora outside of Denver. Low end comparatively inexpensive suburban new build tract home neighborhoods almost always become ghettos within 25 years as the houses over time become run down rental properties. As these homes are not even as big and nice as typical tract homes to start with, I expect the transformation to ghetto to take even less time.

      @@jayc4715 as long as you’re local and know what you’re getting into, I say go for it. Finding good renters is easier said than done, and bad renters can ruin your house and life. Just keep an eye on the market, and sell it when the time is right. And of course, be ready to refinance when interest rates go back down.
