If you are ever tight on space for the on call nurses rooms. You could have the wheelchairs and stretchers in the hall, they will still use them. It’s also good to have a couple spare of each. But loving this series, keep up the good work
That's generally been my plan, have maybe 1 wheelchair in the nurses room, and the rest of the stretchers and wheelchairs in the halls :) Glad you're enjoying the series!
I'm intrigued at you adding "2" X-ray rooms in Orthopaedy, wouldn't one be enough? Also if you placed it at the T-junction of corridor it could be more easily shared with the next Department to get built
They are quite common in hospitals in the UK, particularly in smaller hospitals, more single occupancy bathrooms that are multi gendered rather than large gendered bathrooms! In some clinics, they even have a hatch where you can directly pass "samples" through to the nurses ready for testing
I believe they're quite common in some countries, however I agree the bathroom stalls door doesn't seem so nice in a corridor, maybe the white normal door would be a better fit?
That seems silly to me haha, I don't think a room should be critical unless there's a queue for it, which there shouldn't be with another room available for use.
I feel like stairs are one of the more complicated things for game developers as you can't just pop a character from one floor to the next like with elevators. Even working ladders seem easier as you can have the character move along a straight axis.
I love now that there is a second floor the rooms that looked onto beautiful courtyards now get no sun.
Maybe you could add a 2x2 hole in the middle of the blocks so there is a sun tunnel for the ground floor rooms.
Hahaha yeahhh, it's unfortunate, but the ground floor layout really doesn't work super well with wards I'm now realizing!

as somone whom work in a hospital you dont need more than 1 or 2 defibs in the ICU. 1 per bed is quite exsessive.
Great progress in this episode. Did you miss out on cleaning for the ICU? Thanks for doing these great episodes.
Ummmm, I might have! I'll double check haha
37:51 I really love the layouts! Can’t wait for the next episode!

Only had a chance to watch the first little bit so far, but I love the idea of just making your own characters to have the traits you want!
It's great for patient transfer nurses for sure!
I don't think toilets with door which opens directly to the main corridor is not a good idea for a hospital. Apart from that, lovely series :)

Im just happy its not the door with the gaps underneath 😅
The bathroom stalls that open direct into hall still freak me out. Shouldn't stalls be in a bathroom?
One X-ray room is critical while the other X-ray room is low because the critical X-ray room is the one patients use while both are empty
That seems silly to me haha, I don't think a room should be critical unless there's a queue for it, which there shouldn't be with another room available for use.
great game. noticed one thing missing for anykind of buildings... stairs

its looking good so far
Oh good I'm glad!
What’s the difference between ICU and Trauma Center?
Oooooo how about a perk level for members to get added into games? I’d pay! Lol
Also, one huge mistake is making pathology small. You wouldn’t believe how many people are dying to get into it!
Its a little weird the open space, with the ICU on top, no sun or air or no? :c
Oh definitely weird. Space efficient? Absolutely haha. Just imagine there's fancy led screens on the roof of the courtyard to simulate being outside 🤣
Can you share the hospital layout without any departments?
As in, as it is now?
@ChubbyPandaGGM yes just the floor plan, without rooms.
Umm I'm not sure how, can you just copy the layout? All the hallways are just 5 wide and my outside rooms are 6 deep
I don’t know if it’s on purpose but sexual health department don’t have any windows on the south west side
🎉
The video quality can only go up to 360p.
It's still processing, it should HD in about an hour haha sorry you're too early!
Should be fixed now!
@@ChubbyPandaGGM alright, thanks for letting me know!
