Armed and Dangerous Charing Cross Police Station complaint Update | Remembrance Day Trilogy
• Armed and Dangerous Ch...
An audit with a difference today.
In November 2023 I was filming outside Charing Cross Police Station and I was assaulted by a Police Officer. It will all become clear when you watch the content as I try to show this assault by using my footage and footage from the officers body worn camera which I obtained using a Subject Access Request (SAR). The thing is this is the 2nd time this type of behaviour has happened at this Police Station and the same 'words' have been used.. 'Get that camera out of my face'.
I have put together some footage and commentary which after viewing I would like to know what You think is the correct conclusion, was I assaulted or did the police officer act and react correctly. You be the Jury and You Decide.
How transparent is the Metropolitian Police and IOPC complaints system. What decision do you think they would come to if reviewing the same footage.

Definitely assault
He's too emotionally unstable to be a police officer. Should be sacked.
I hope you know I am taking the piss 🤗
I agree. When he gets home off shift, his wife must cower in fear. Nasty individual who's clearly prepared to lie, even though he knows he's being filmed. How thick can you get?!
I just assumed it was a requirement
It was an assault, simple as! 😡. This constable needs sacking, you can't re-educate an idiot. Brilliant work Yardley! 👊💪👍
Prima facie case of assault. He clearly has problems with anger management. His willingness to lie is equally worrying. He's not worth his 34k a year. Junior doctors don't earn that much and he's just a thug.
That's an achievement to contradict yourself back to back in all three sentences and all by himself! 🤭
Clearly another P.C unable to control his emotions, making him unfit for front line policing
That is an aggressive officer who objects to being filmed. He approached Yardley. Yardley never approached him and then accused him of the very thing he was doing himself. His tale is both false and self serving. But lying about incidents is sadly what the police do habitually. I can see no sign of a camera in the officers face. The only contact was the officer who hit Yardley in the face. He lied about the code, he lied about his camera, he lied about his assault and he lied that Foxtrot Oscar’s means expletive off. It can mean a million things. Favourable Officer. Friendly Officer. File on. But do I think the police will take his lying slant? Absolutely I do. I have no respect for the Met. The Casey report highlighted that complaints rarely even move fwd and those that did were rarely sustained. She said it’s an issue. How long now and it’s worse.
Cheers 🍻
judith - I agree the cop assaulted YS, but you missed out the first thing the cop said to him. He ASKED YS if he wanted any help?
Course, on being told to shut up by YS, he should have done exactly that and walked away. He was not intimidated, nor in fear of YS. His ego and anger made him lash out and commit this minor assault. Members of a jury should be fair and unbiased.
The stuff you say about "FO" and lies are IRRELEVANT to the charge which we were asked to decide, ie Assault.
@@Singhamsingham-ev2gk I was filming lawfully and in public. I did not make him leave the Police van. He states he saw me filming other Police officers therefore he knew exactly what I was doing. Reading his statement it says he completed the witness statement in the staff canteen. When he left the van he should of gone straight inside to complete whatever work he was doing on his laptop and Not approach me.. Because he did approach me, and then spoke to me asking if he could help me. I did not respond or answer him, but he was persistent and continued to want to engage, but he never informed me his body worn camera was filming so that is why I spoke to him. Now if he had gone inside the building or approached me and stated his policy of informing me he was filming, then the whole situation would have been different.
@@Singhamsingham-ev2gkabsolute rubbish. Looking through a window is not “approaching”. He walked round the outside of the van rather than walk directly into the police station. They’ve been told to leave auditors alone but Mr Arrogant chose to because he switched on his camera with foresight before he reached Yardley. If Yardley rebuffed his nonsense bluntly that’s not illegal and certainly not abusive. Everything that cop said was deliberate to try to paint a picture that Yardley was the antagonist. HE bashed the camera away when he walked up to him . HE didn’t do that through a van window. Try taking an objective view. If Yardley was wrong I’d say so. That’s what he’s about ACCOUNTABILITY not making up trash like you are. You’re not objective you’re a bootlicker.
@@Singhamsingham-ev2gk People have approached and looked into my car whilst I've been inside it. And even started talking to me. At no time have I taken that as an indication that my safety was at risk. Nor that I should respond to the person in a similar way to PC 1524CE.
He's definitely a wrong 1
An absolute wrong un. Also, a proven liar, who's controlled by his ego.
My view remains exactly as it did previously! Namely that this 'is an assault'! You posed no threat yet he still decided to lash out, as he knows 'perfectly well'!!
Guilty of assault
no self control and the ego is on display for all to see, take his job off him. proof you don't need a long neck to be a goose
The Met police needs reform. Full stop.
Most police need a massive reform around the world.
@@Azriel2k3 Yes Let's start with the Met!
Needs root and branch change.
He lied as soon as he got out of the van. But nothing new here is there
Cheers I defo agree with your comment 👍
You ask people to decide yet 99.9% are going to side with you like sheep, me being the 0.01% that do not agree with you. How can you call this a balanced channel when your followers see no wrong in what you're doing.
Clearly not an assault and clearly in my opinion no where near you face. He merely brushed it to one side. So glad we saw the bodycam footage as you made it out that your face was affected!
I can't help feeling you love this type of interaction to boost your ego. Bit sad that.@@yardleyski3167
Well done mate. He’s definitely one that we don’t need in the police force.
Thanks for the comment 👍
Don’t call him mate 😂😂😂😂😂
@@TheGrandpaddy I’m not a pig lol
Imagine how 'accurate' their statements are in a court of law 😔
great citizen journalism from the excellent Yardley Ski.
Cheers 🍻
What a surprise a completely bent copper from Charing Cross, possibly the worst police station in the UK. I don't know of any other police station so heavily featured in auditing videos. Disgusting as usual.
Yes Charing Cross seems to be a hornet's nest of dodgy coppers.
20+ years ago before everyone had cameras & before police bodycams this happened every day to lots of people.
his emotional reaction and actions after the assault confirms that he knows he fucked up
Ego 😂😂😂😂
OBVIOUSLY HE HAS NO SKILLS WITH TACT OR DIPLOMACY & DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC,HIS ATTACK ON YOU WAS UNLAWFUL WHO CAN BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS.
We, the peoples jury, find PC 1524 CE guilty of an assault.
Take it as far as possible Mr Ski , teach this ego mad officer a lesson.
OMG. Gross misconduct, assault for sure. If he was afraid why move towards Chief Inspector Yardley., why stand and engage ? Why no physical signs of being afraid. Showed a level of confidence inconsistent with being afraid. Very clear he was uncomfortable with unable to intimidate CI Yardley? His walk away a sign he was in the wrong. He needs to be retrained for sure. Excellent upload highlighting the failings of public servants.
That was without doubt an assault. If i was on a jury i would find him guilty.
Guilty of assault. Needs to be sacked.
And one wonders why some people would give him a tump
It is the step forward to try to intimidate that gives it away. he deoes not know how to adopt a neutral position. Agression is his only tool.
Great observation 👍 I did research body language and de-esculatuon techniques. And alot of what this PC done was wrong including his positioning and actions.
@@yardleyski3167 Your job is to test the police officers emotional suitability for the job. So yes I suport your point of view and he should be removed from his position as unsuitable. But in this case I would not suport prosicution because, you also could have de,esculated. You provoked him past his inteligence level diliberatly. But you have highlighted an important point. " some police officers are just not mentaly equiped to do the job. He would react in the same way with a person who made him angry by accident.
Guilty ! And the pig stood there pointing his finger right at you first for telling him to shut up but complains about you pointing your finger.
Get this once in court .. hold him accountable for his assault and lies
Hi Yardley been watching audits from all round the world for years only just discovered your channel and have binge watching all your videos you are magnificent witty funny in the top 5 auditors on the planet love you brother thankyou will watch everything you post
He is the best in the UK imo
Thanks and Cheers 🍻 much appreciated 👍
Cheers 🍻
Cop looks like Leatherman from The Village People 👮
Yes it was assault, he came up to the camera, didn't like it,so rather than step back, he whacks the camera, and yes they should inform at first opportunity about them filming you.
Double standards isn't it!? 😲
Get that constable 👮 off the force and do not allow him back into any force any where.
Looks like Peter Sutcliffe...he's got his nature too.
Guilty of assault. Guilty of lying numerous times in his statement - which becomes evidence should it go to court. Possibly thus perverting the course of justice. Notice how he tries to cover his lies by stating he made his written statement before reviewing the BWV. He needs re-training at McD's!!
Bad cop
Battery for sure, quite possibly assault given his raised voice and threatening demeanour, and certainly perjury (or similar crime as I don’t live in the UK) for making the false report in an effort to cover what he knows to be an overreach.
Cheers 🍻 for your comment
The Eyes! Psychotic Eyes! 🐷
The camera was no way near his face, another Wayne Couzens A clear case of assault by that copper.
Well Yardley, PC 1524CE came to you. I didn’t hear you say that you needed his assistance of any kind. His ego got the best of him because you told him to shut up & there is nothing wrong in that due to his ego. He assaulted you & lied in his statement, you said about retraining him, NO. Corruption is in his blood, he has to be sacked. These are the filth we need to get out of the organisation. Well done Yardley.
Sue them
guilty as charged,i hope u file a civil suit against him.......keep us posted.
He needs to come out
Hi Yardley, this looks like a good one!, the poor man was so far out of order he had to walk away, he knew he =had overstepped the mark and was trying to escape, this is very clear if only for the fact that he did not stand his ground and arrest you for anything!. I am not qualified to judge his behaviour as assault but it was very clearly way below the standard we should expect, there are several parts in PACE which make it very clear that there are strict procedures they must follow at all times, this always include correct self-identification and statement regarding BWC's, these if for no other reason than that any subsequent arrest will be deemed unlawful. As usual I will remind you and everyone else that this is another clear example of very poor training and management, in my opinion it his 'superior' officers who should be held to account, this poor chap might not be innocent he is certainly ignorant!.
Cheers, Richard.
Hes a liar and cant control his emotions. 100 percent that is assault. He needs sacked
Fancy thinking that "Foxtrot Oscar" doesn't mean "Fall Out"!🤣Also, you filmed him on his laptop whilst not taking his own resposibility towards privacy. He's trying to blame you for that!Trouble is, the standard of his behaviour is typical of those going in and out of Charing Cross station. Nobody seems to be bothered about briefing them to behave in a more respectful manner, or have they?.........yet the tyrannical behaviour continues. Watch his face...there were moments where he seemed very close to totally losing his temper.
A lying Met Pol cop. Now I am surprised. Definite anger induced assault.
Another compulsive liar get him on a civil claim great work yardley
Thanks for sending this to me Michelle. Yardley is one of the KINGS of exposing tyranny within the police force.
Guilty as charged
Thank you for reporting on crown employees overstepping their authority and please keep up the good work reporting.
If his safety is paramount to himself as he states it is then why get out the van alone at all? To approach a potential threat in his opinion? Stay in the van and call for back up would have made more sense. He just had to get his fix. No excuse for going hands on here at all. Bruised ego because you told him to shut up meant he couldn't help himself. This was NOT because he felt you could be a danger because if that was the case he could have had half the cop shop out in moments 👍
I would say that the required statement would be “Get your face away from my camera”
The copper was definitely leaning towards the camera. His statement that he had to cover the keypad to keep the code secure just proves how they exaggerate and possibly just tell lies to cover their own tails.
Cheers 🍻
And the way he inputted the code and Yardley observed him had no bearing whatsoever on the assault and battery - because that was after the fact.
It's an irrelevant part of his statement.
The relevant parts of the PC's statement contradict the video evidence.
Of course it was assault, if you had of done same to him you would of been arrested immediately,,,,,, Statement given whilst in the canteen shows how seriously they don’t take it ,,,
Assault. The officer instigated and inflamed the situation.
I agree 👍
Definitely assault great to see Yardley boy on form 😅
Everyone knows Foxtrot Oscar is short for Fall Out and go away. The minds of these police officers are like sewers.
Cheers 🍻 and my thoughts exactly 💯
Battle of Orgreave and Hillsborough - South Yorkshire Police. "Police officers do not lie."
It was assault
PC 1524 clearly can’t control his anger. Yes, he needs retraining, but I think the whole damn force needs retraining, esp. Charing Cross.
As a fully paid up, unbiased and fair-minded member of the jury, I would have to find the cop GUILTY of a minor assault, following him losing his temper at a law-abiding, rude member of the public. If I was a judge also, I would take into account the mitigating circumstances, and admonish the cop!
3:53 I’m pausing just when he said “stop saying shut up to a police officer in the street” This is thug fighting talk. Instantly i see this as a threat
Yardley...😂
How are we supposed to figure out our own speculative views if you first tell us how you think?
😂😂 ❤
I remember this assault from before.
He was first to approach you closer than necessary if he felt he was in danger.
He was the first to point into your face, causing distress ro you.
He had ALREADY seen that you were an "Auditor" (whatever that is), and he STILL hadn't revelled his camera was on ASAP.
He stepped into your space after you stepped into his space... in otherwords, he decided to get closer rather than further from you.
He then pushed your phone away (human rights violation and another law I can't recall).
Lastly. He KNOWS, AS PER TRAINING, that Foxtrot Oscar simply means F.O!
In the government, F.O. stands for Foreign Office. (It's the first thong on Google, and the first on my phone.
It may very well mean what HE thinks it means in his world, but I KNOW from previous footage of yours that you mean it to NOT mean what he suggested.
Also...PS...😂... USING common law to repel a copper MUST, therefore, be ok?
One steps back first. If the other then steps into your area, you MUST use common law as a means to repell his sexual advances.
I know this IS an ok tactic to stop them touching you and putting me in pain. It just depends on how they try and write it up at the custody suite because one WILL be arrested.
Cheers 🇬🇧
That safety info towards the end, that should be directed at us instead! If you are unfortunately approached by one of these animals then...
The copper shouldn’t have pointed his finger but everything else was down to Yardley or whatever his name is. Sense of entitlement along with exaggeration of the truth.
If psychometric assessment is being used within the recruiting process as it should be, it would appear that a large majority of front-line police would fail and be deemed unfit for the role. One rarely observes officers being calm, neutral and rational in most interactions with the public...because most suffer from varying levels of narcissism- related disorders...exactly the type of person you do not want engaging with anyone, let alone the public.
Great comment 👍
G'day Yardley Ski, another charing Cross Cupid Stunt Tyrant . Defo assulted you , also a liar . All the best form down under my friend. Cheers 👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Cheers 🍻
If I had to nit-pick, there was a slight movement of the auditor toward the officer just before force was used. The officer still had to step forward to make contact, which I'd argue ultimately means the officer's perception of risk is unreasonable and his use of force excessive. We've seen Yardley calmer than that officer was, under much more trying circumstances than that officer was in. Obviously, being told to shut up made the officer angry - what does he think, a "police officer on the street" is somehow protected from that sort of thing? But maybe a small learning point for the future to remain as still as possible to give them minimum opportunity to justify this sort of stuff.
I am a big fan of auditing, but not of Yardley Ski. I find him unnecessarily rude and provocative. Drawing attention to bad policing does not have to be done by acting like a repugnant bellend.
THAT SAID...I would class the actions of the police officer as assault, and I am concerned, but not surprised that the officers body-worn did not tally with his statements, and it is clear that this happens way too frequently. He lacked professionalism and seriously needs retraining.
It's hard to say which was the most repugnant of the two.
When the officer has had a couple of severe warnings about anger management and he's on his final warning he just MIGHT be able to control himself .
Guilty of assault.
Another Officer who believes he has power over everyone. Another Officer who believes everyone should bow down to his importance. Fair and simple assault, and he shouldn't be doing the job he's doing, so yes, retraining essential.
Him guilty
They don't work for us they work for their own over blown ego's 🤨
He's saying don't say shut up to a police officer in the street as if police officers are special and nobody on earth can tell them to shut up he must think he's god or something what a fool
GUILTY!, GUILTY!, GUILTY!
💯% assault
The officer certainly needs training. Would like to know the outcome.
First of all ... I'd like to know what dictionary he's using which defines " Harassing " as " Taking photographs or video recordings " and then I'd like to know in which Universe he thinks that by HE. HIMSELF approaching and interrupting / interfering with a photographer / videographer, THAT equates to HIM or HIS OFFICERS being harassed when if ANYONE is on the way towards a " course of conduct " leading to harassment, it's HIM !
Next ... Given the reputation of a significant number of police officers engaging in varying degrees of FORCE / VIOLENCE ranging from minor injuries to fatal ones ... AND ... Given the fact that he wasn't, as he said " pushing anything away ", but in fact STEPPED FORWARD AND LUNGED TO GRAB the recording equipment ... I would find it perfectly plausible that anyone subjected to such a Lunge and Grab to fear that the Lunge could be the start of a violent, potentially life-threatening ATTACK ...
It would then be down to whether or not an allegation of " Assault " could be determined to be based on, and to what degree, the victim apprehended GENUINE FEAR for one's safety / life or if it was a more " technical " assault based on an objection to " unwanted physical contact " as to the severity of any penalty for such unwarranted actions of a police officer who is ( from his own BWV ) demonstrably an unhinged, over emotional, short tempered liar and a public liability !
He is need to come and apologize to you and retraining and some anger management and one year probation
GUILTY AS CHARGED... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YSA.
I for one am interested to see what this clown has to say in court !!
They have to be held accountable or they will just keep abusing the position they are very privileged to be in..
He had no legal right to out hands on you Ski...
The public together... strong...
Charing Cross again🙈
It is ...ASSAULT and BATTERY. You dint ned contact for assault. If you are put in fear of iminent harm that is ASSAULT. When contact is made that becomes ASSAULT and BATTERY. Your camera is an extension of your body/arm. Hence, a BATTERY. YOU were not a physical threat...he is also trained to a level of tolerance whereby he must first de..escalate. The cop committed a criminal offence.
Yes, it was assault
Assault
We all know they are compulsive liars, it must be part of the interview process now, who can tell the best FIB Lol
He,s a fooking joke sue him it makes me really angry that they get away with so much how you auditors don't lose your rag and give them what they deserve if it was me I,d be in jail now has I would not be able to hold myself back respect to you all you all do a fantastic job.
100% GUILTY !!!
Guilty.
Guilty
Thank you for highlighting how dishonourable some PCs can be. Nevertheless, beyond doubt he came into your space and was very angry when you did not jump when he announces I am a police officer, that when the anger started. Yet again, you have demonstrated how important it is to record any involvement with the police. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Its a breach of your peace and assault.
I would not want a Jury to sort this out. Jury's are unpredictable and will not be your peers.
With a judges decision, it has to be a reasonable decision based only on the facts in front of him, along with maxims if equity and the evidence the judge must do whats right and can easily be overturned due to not doing whats right is a failure in due process, a constitutional principle.
Well done brv 👍🏻👍🏻
He approached you. Its assault. Needs to be removed from any contact with the public he is not fit to wear a police uniform and is a danger to the public
Cheers 🍻
This is what they say and do knowing they are being filmed, imagine what would happen if they were not being filmed, this officer is a coward and should leave the Met!
Sack him and take his pension off him😮
Definitely assault. If i were his senior officer I would be very angry with his behaviour, almost a copy-book illustration of how
NOT to behave in that situation. And then blatant lie at the end of his statement
Awesome work YS. The piggie definitely assaults you, then writes out a jackanory statement. 1312 1313 Fall Out. 😎😎
Definitely guilty of assault, breach of the peace, and anti social behaviour. He should be disciplined with a suspension and retrained plus a fine of £2,000. Then he should be sued personally, which you may believe isn't possible but it really is under the law and his contract of employment.
