Bang Saray is nice but doesn't have much back up like restaurants, bars etc in great numbers for eating variety. I think the bottom of Jomtien beach (Nha Jomtien) is as quiet as Bang Saray most of the time excluding maybe weekend and holidays and with the wide beach and all the 7-11's, restaurants and local bars a much better alternative for living. There are some quality units the Aeras, Cetus etc which offer quality living with everything around you. Also Bang Saray get a lot of visitors on long holidays and weekends and the road network is limited there.
These are the best properties you have ever shown us. Very good value in my opinion. Especially for those wanting a slower lifestyle with less hustle and bustle of Pattaya and Jomptien
i liked the one that looked out over the empty fields and mountains, thought it had more room for the money and that wrap around balcony was great also.
I looked at this also, well I looked up everywhere. It was Phuket vs Wongamat for me. Phuket -- better water but less comfort and there and it gets hit by Sumatra platelet movements. Decided Wongamat for me. Love the beach, the walkability of eats, groceries, stores, there. Then Soi 6 just 8 minutes away by bike. 😅 Quiet? Where I'm moving from is on top of a hill and very quiet. If I want that I would not move in the first place. As long as the noise is good fun and not excessive, I'm for it. Wongamat is less noisy than other places.
Great to watch n see the variety of condos in BS area as they’re all fairly new n nice modern design for the size. Can see why u chose the Del Mare as good value n right beach front. The others were nice n if it’s me be a choice of Mirage n Del Mare as both very nice. 😉😎 BS area beginning to grow on me comparing to Jomtien which is usually my base. 🤔😎👍🏻
Del Mare for me. I am not a big ocean lover as in boating or swimming, but the view of the ocean is a different story. I love me a good pool! I have lived in the city here in the states far too long and I do not want to look out my window or sit on my balcony and look at buildings. I think Del Mare is just a great place. Great video Jason. Your content is well suited to me. I don't care about the bars or the relationship aspect of Thailand. I just want to ride out into the sunset doing what I want and doing it my way without the baggage that will eventually drag you down. There are always massage parlors for those needy times hahahaha
I think you made the right decision taking the last one Jason. I'm looking to move from California in a few months and I really like the relaxed vibe of Bang Saray. Del Mare looks like a good place for me to start.
Amazing how most condos do not have Top Loaders which you can always stop and add more stuff which I prefer very much so.Bottom loaders you cannot open during the cycle at all guess it comes down to convenience.Of course if washing machine is outside on the Balcony a Top Loader would be the go.

I could see you with a couple cans of cold beer in a cooler, some cold chicken or pork, rice, and vegies sitting on the very peaceful roof pool, then down to the condo for a little tv and calling it a night... the second 34 sq meter unit is wonderful too... a lot more to do and a lot more activity around the area, not as peaceful .... so a ride around both the condo's is required.... breakfast place, supplies for the week, how far to entertainment, medical, service for the car or bike and access to friends ... etc... Now the perfect unit is the 2 bedroom, for that you need a guaranteed income... when I lived in Sydney and Melbourne, I had a two bedroom, but half the rent was covered by the company I was working for... as product storage and I WAS a night life junkie... so that is the determining factor on the 2 bedroom... Final comment... I still see you as a guy who likes to travel around, with the perfect RUclips hobby, who would like to come home, grab a beer, walk out for a dip in the pool and relax on the balcony how does your life style and access to friends fit in to these properties.. remember your renting, not buying. Thanks Ted, great comment and yes I’m not into bars and nightlife, you are 100% on everything you have said about me. I don’t eat breakfast, just a nice iced coffee. Bang Saray suits my lifestyle and friends are 25 minutes up the road in Pattaya and shopping centre is 5 minutes away for a big shop for the week or two for supplies, everything appears less expensive in Bang Saray compared to Pattaya and yes I’m renting so 6 or 12 months is not an issue and potentially a JetSki for exploring with the money I save. Your place sounds amazing 👍 Thanks Ted, I always appreciate your support and input 😁
My place is very nice... but way way way to big and a lot of work.. im 70, so 6 months of cold and snow is killing me..my taxes, light, heat, water and so on are huge...to keep my 100% free medical coverage I can only be out of country for 6 months... so for me it's a tough call... downsize, spend 6 month in Canada and 6 months out of Canada would be ideal...

Definitely don’t want to live above a bar. I’m too fussy about noise. These places look cool, but it’s a long ways to go up to all the action nightlife and so on. Some interesting finds in this one Jason. I loved the design of the pool in the Condo that was right across from the beach. I wish you best of luck in negotiating a price on the unit you were interested in. I think this area is much more tranquil than Pattaya. yet close enough if you need servicing of your scooter, immigration, etc.
Hi Jason Thanks much for the overview of three great spaces. I like the two bedroom at the end, but am wondering what the ultimate view will be like after all the buildings are built!
I really like the econdo two-bedroom and also one-bedroom for that price, great deal, brand new fully furnished, can't go wrong, except I want King beds. I'm sure they would negotiate if I rented a condo? Love the facility, swimming pool kind of small but the agent was terrific you can't go wrong if you could get a 6-month lease, as it go by with the blink-of-an-eye? But I'm sure you're going to be very busy working with your RUclips channel and moving into your new condo? & as always thank you🙏 so very much🎀 once again my friend🏝

Econdo had a great feel about it . Definitely would be away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. Eating options in Banh Saray might give some good content if you decide to move down there.
I think maybe Bang Saray may have a fair bit of redevelopment coming in the near future. One thing I hate more than the sounds of night life etc. is when a new building is being built close by. Hey Jason, Glad you got moved OK. I think you will really like living down there. I'm tired of Pattaya's hustle and bustle, noise and traffic, too. Do you know if any of these 6 condos allow for a pet? Please advise and thanks.
Great area, somewhere I would definitely consider. Peaceful, no heavy traffic noise, but within reach of everything. Number 2 definitely best compromise. I would rent 👍🏼🙏. Keep up the good work, channel growing 😊

Some nice places there, Jason, but to be honest I thought they were not as good value as I expected. It is a fair amount of time to add on to an evening out in town. If you plan on going more than one night a week, I think it will grow old very quickly. On my recent on the ground search I think some condos in Pratumnak offer similar levels of value, but you have to look at hard, the market has still got high demand in Pratumnak.

Hey Mal, not sure mate. I need to investigate. I will be moving to Bang Saray so if you want my condo in City Garden Tropicana you can have it, I just need to ask the agent what the rent will be if you want it?
If you really wanna live way out in Bang Saray and are not a monger that hits the bars several nights a week, I like Unit #4. I also like agent #1. But again, BS is a long way from Pattaya and ye homie James.
I like the brand new one in the smallish building at 10.000 bht most, but my worry is all that empty land around it. Most probably there will be new buildings coming there soon, ruining your view.
@@goodvibespattaya I like that everything is new. There was another condo (one of the first you showed, with the dirty balcony and peeling walls) that is also good, but only if they clean and repair everything before you move in.
Yes Ninette, but it's not a problem if you rent only. It'll take a while to get any construction going, so plenty of warning 😊. People have been stung by buying for the view only for a condo block to go up next-door 😮
Are you considering Bang Saray because of the health problems you've experienced? Or are you finding accommodation too expensive in Pattaya/Jomtien? I wonder how quick and cost of a Bolt taxi from Bang Saray to Pattaya? I think BS might be just a bit too quiet for me.
I just like to quiet and peacefulness and yes prices are less, I took me 25 minutes on the scooter yesterday so a bolt would probably be 400 baht or so
@@goodvibespattaya have you shifted to baan saray? There's a condo called Nirun Grand Ville in Pattaya with underground car parking. There are many towers in the condo, the rent for a studio is 4000B for the tower that does not have underground car parking. You were saying Pattaya is expensive
I really liked the 55 sq condo spacious nice view but 25000 too much 15000 would be good and worth moving into. I keep saying it but the cheaper older apartments are better good balconies roomie cheaper people want those flash apartments with all the bells and whistles. But living in 25 sq and and a million neighbors yea nah.

Does the batt bus go through these new properties Bang sur ray
Hey Mal, not sure mate. I need to investigate. I will be moving to Bang Saray so if you want my condo in City Garden Tropicana you can have it, I just need to ask the agent what the rent will be if you want it?
the 10k is better, but you can find better one's for the same 10k
Don’t think you said the price for the one bedroom condo, the one you asked about putting a washing machine on the wraparound balcony.
12,000 per month if you pay 6 months rent upfront

Thank you 👍
Thank you too 🙏
Just a heads up... Your volume level is way down on this video. My TV is on 80/100, and RUclips volume maxed out and you're barely audible.
Wow yes many people say this and I apologize, not sure why but I will sort it out. Thank you 🙏
@@goodvibespattaya great video though!
Good content, thanks 👍.
Nice looking condos, the brand new one looks a bargain.
Thanks Neil, still thinking about which one to take 👍
"Hansom man".....that female police person at the Dolphin roundabout must be smoking whacky weed.....now legal in Thailand.
Exactly
It’s like Thailand 30 years ago
I like the look of some of those . Can you negotiate much on price?
Trying too 👍
nice good pic
If you really wanna live way out in Bang Saray and are not a monger that hits the bars several nights a week, I like Unit #4. I also like agent #1. But again, BS is a long way from Pattaya and ye homie James.
Thanks Frank, definitely not one for hitting the bars and my homie is only 25 minutes away 👍
I like the brand new one in the smallish building at 10.000 bht most, but my worry is all that empty land around it. Most probably there will be new buildings coming there soon, ruining your view.
Yes that is possible but not during my 6 or 12 months 👍
I just like to quiet and peacefulness and yes prices are less, I took me 25 minutes on the scooter yesterday so a bolt would probably be 400 baht or so
Agent's line please
Can you please email me, the agents don’t want there details online, goodvibespattaya@gmail.com
Thanks
Jason
@@goodvibespattaya have you shifted to baan saray? There's a condo called Nirun Grand Ville in Pattaya with underground car parking. There are many towers in the condo, the rent for a studio is 4000B for the tower that does not have underground car parking. You were saying Pattaya is expensive
Pratunack Cobber perfect location
For some people it is 👍
Audio is ........ Good apartments
Sorry about the audio, I will sort it out for future videos 👍
I really liked the 55 sq condo spacious nice view but 25000 too much 15000 would be good and worth moving into. I keep saying it but the cheaper older apartments are better good balconies roomie cheaper people want those flash apartments with all the bells and whistles. But living in 25 sq and and a million neighbors yea nah.
I totally agree!
That area is lovely depends how far out you want to be,also is there enough cafes, restaurants, etc all depends on back and fourth from what you do daily Jason. All depends what you are happy with some great coffee cafes there and little restaurants which are superb cheers another great clip.🙏👍
I prefer Pratumnak Soi 5 area
👍
Nicely found Jason, first unit would've been fine if it didn't look to shabby (with the flaking paint), those units for 10,000 and 16,000 were spot on and very peaceful with good facilities, just a bit unsure with regards to what's in the area, ie, any restaurant's or bars, 7/11s etc, great video and regards from England 🍺🍺👍
Hi mate, yeah agree - first one the owner won’t budge on 25k, I have actually taken the last one in the video in Del Mare after negotiating the price down on a 6 month lease 👍
@@goodvibespattaya hey nice one Jason, from what I saw of it you have obtained a decent condo with good facilities (not to mention a good price) good on ya 🍺🍺👍
@@davidheyes4771 cheers mate
Audio very low .
Okay thanks for letting me know 👍
@@goodvibespattaya yes i can confirm audio to low fella
@@Nj-gt5fz okay, nothing I can do about it now, appreciate you letting me know, is it okay if you turn the volume up at your end?
@@goodvibespattaya It was about 50% lower compared to your other vids. And my volume was turned up to the max on RUclips and my computer. Maybe your mic is bad.
@@frankspencer9308 thanks mate, yeah I will sort the mic out 👍
👍👍
I'd imagine with time the coppers on Sukhumvit will learn to recognize you so you wouldn't be stopped daily. Wouldn't bet on it tho. 55555555555555

7:35 you certainly are Jas..... You should have gotten her to handcuff you placed you under house arrest mate.... Hang on,,, that the lady cops in Pattaya Walking street. Sorry!

I would prefer if you didn’t watch my videos and please unsubscribe, no one asks you to watch mate and I don’t like your negativity, what is your RUclips channel so I can see how an expert like you produces RUclips videos ?
@@goodvibespattaya We love your vids buddy. Ignore these jealous losers. The haters gonna hate. This is what gives them great pleasure in their pathetic lives.
