how come you sell Topaz 4 when there is still no tutorial how to work with it? I am trying to export video after upscaling but it coming out with big black frame around and there is no solution how to export it in the same frame proportions, just in bigger output resolution... ( Ietterbox/pillarbox mode on) Any suggestions, please?
