- After a bunch of tests, experiments and calculations I finally found the secret to hitting moving targets with bolt action sniper rifles.

*CORRECTION: At **1:40** I write that i divide movement speed with bullet travel time. This is multiplied and not divided. This is only in the editing. (Raw calculations: **i.imgur.com/UqNw7kP.png** )*
An annoying but non impacting error!
what happened with the false ban you got?
This video just blew my mind.
WackyJacky101 can’t wait tilll they add wind resistance
WackyJacky101 Brilliant, thanks a bunch! I can't wait to go try this out--my long distance game needs help.
I love the video but the angle you shot those guys was perpendicular, most times the situation will not be like that. But I still loved the video, thank you.

He puts in more 100X more effort then the developers. Cheers.
EXACTLY
That's why play I play with rush combo

*Now I should bring a calculator with me while sniping*
That's what actual snipers do.
@@0xEden. no actual snipers just listen to their spotter who is more experience sniper who does these all calculation in his mind
@@gamerzera4265 You clearly don't know what you're talking about. Snipers don't always have designated spotters. They have to memorize some numbers and calculations and that calculator is there in case they don't remember what do to in a certain situation.

Pubg recommended new specifications :
You need a physics Degree
if PUBG would be anything close to real physics, you would be right ;P
the video shows the very opposite
When maths teacher is a gamer
Not math but physic
physics is math as well
Physics is based on maths or extended maths
The calculations in the video is quite mostly maths, only the bullet drop part is where you need some physics
daniel yi physics is not based on math, math is used to describe physics.

Targeting the enemy.
Me: scoping and measuring then calculating.
Enemy got away.
Sad :v
Or, enemy see me, and kill instantly
Hahahahaha that's what happens in reality 😂
No wonder I shoot good at trees ,poles , dustbins in pubg

Bro, doesn't matter how much one teaches you, it is gonna be useless if you don't practice it by yourself

That is just for straight running guys.. When an enemy does zig zag run.. You better stay low
i swear after this video i started hitting more sniper shots
Thats some determination r8 there
So from what I understood i'm never hitting anything ever in this game. 🤣

amazing work man you are a hardcore youtuber even pros learn from you and thats why the pubg community loves you 😘

Wacky has 5 apple's
His train is 5 min late
Find the mass ofsun
Ok, wackyjacky has 5 apples. Each apple makes 500g. Then the average weight of a human is 70kg. So net weight becomes 70.5 kg. His friends are 5 minutes late. That means he must be moving fast. The average speed of a high-speed train is 104.333 m/s. It’s 5 minutes late and the average distance between 2 stations is 7 km it adds a factor of 0.667 to the speed making it 105 m/s. Dividing that by the speed of light that is 3X10^8 we get ratio of 0.02837X10^8, multiplying with 10^22 ( accounting Sun is moving and increasing entropy of universe) We get 0.02837X10^30. And that’s his relativistic mass weight of Sun. As his weight is 70.5 kg weight of sun becomes 70.5X0.02837X10^30, that is 1989x10^30 kg approx.

wouldn't be surprised if there's a teacher somewhere using this video in class to show students practical use of maths... lol
Gene Perigosu. It is a game. I’m sure we do not learn math to aim in games.
Cute Doggo -_____- make sure you stay in school and train your brain and maybe you'll understand what I meant one day.
No sir, i understand what you mean and i still find it stupid. Sure the game mechanics are greatly based on the real world but comparing the in-game mechanics to real world physics just doesn’t make sense.
Except that Speed/time is NOT distance travelled. That was a really lousy mistake
I can't thank you enough for this. I love sniping and you made it easier for me. In fact I've never seen a pubg video which was more in depth . I can't imagine the time you put into this, but damn you're good and please continue making videos.
WackyJacky : "how to..................."

75% of shrouds kills are stream snipers with no weapon
@@nicholasotto3282 that's only from clips. Go watch his actual streams
@@FinalShadow17
Yeah he's unbelievable but he never complains about stream sniping when he gets loads of free kills, or people just joking around but full on rage quits if they dare to shoot at him. Lots of streamers have massively inflated egos and shroud is no different.
@@54356776 except he doesnt have an inflated ego. Inflated ego implies one isnt as good as they believe they are. Shroud is as good as he thinks. Even pros deem him the best fps player. So you're going to deny what actual pros say? Shroud plays just to have fun on almost all his streams and videos on RUclips. Go watch his cs:go days and can see a clear difference of attitude and gameplay. And if you still think he has an inflated ego, then you're just hating

I legit love you!
This is absolutely amazing
Why the hell you are here bro ?
I think we may not see any new vids this month.
1:00 Mr. car went hysterical as wackyjacky aimed his sights on him
The problem with this whole thing is actually knowing the distance of the enemy. And you have to know it quickly, especially when they’re running around.
so true
Well the horizontal aim point is the same, so its just vertical really. And with time you'll get a feeling based on the players size. A tip is to pick a distance where you feel comfortable engaging with a sniper where you know the vertical compensation and relate to that point depending if they're further or closer
Excellent job!! Waiting for x4 & x6
The 4X Scope Doesn't have any dots on it
I really liked the in-depth analysis of this, and when you gave all the math and examples for it, it lined up perfectly with the trial/error stuff I did while in game.

This mustve taken a lot of time but can you take a bit more time to test the amount of dots for players running at different angles?
Like this video uses player running perpendicular, but what if the players are running at 45 degree angle away from that perpendicular line.
Would it be half or would it be some random number of dots. I think itll be a decent supplementary video to this one.
Your test videos are always awesome. Thanks for all the content!
would be half
Not quite half. Their "equivalent" perpendicular velocity is equal to their angled velocity times the cosine of the angle. For 45 degrees thats sqrt(2)/2 which obviously is hard to remember, but is a bit over 1/2. The main points to remember (flashbacks to trigonometry) are 30, 45, and 60 degrees, which are 1/2, sqrt(2)/2, and sqrt(3)/2 respectively. Now whether or not this can be easily applied to an 8x reticle without memorizing more spots would require more testing. Otherwise it would be easy enough to just mark a couple more spots for common angles.
deposition2223 for players running at 45 degrees, i believe the vertical amount of dots should be halfed
MoHo Ray nope. Not how that works
MoHo Ray i feel like the previous comment with all the trigs makes more sense.
you deserve more than one sub, nice work man
