A few days ago at Erangel I was hiding in the door of Shelter and saw a guy running through the field towards a compound 580 meters away. I had a VSS, so I aimed very high and led him quite a bit and fired a single shot, and I HIT HIM IN THE HEAD. Two second bullet travel time. Didn't kill him, but did a lot of damage. That felt amazing. I didn't even care I didn't get the kill, I just felt really good about that shot. It's a great feeling.
Thats why pubg is very rewarding on sniping.

I only every played on Xbox. One time on Miramar I had a Winchester and I was third-partying a guy on a hill over 400m away and hit a headshot for the kill. Took me about 8 or 9 shots but I legit put the controller down and jumped up like my football team had just won the Super Bowl. This game gave me hardcore adrenaline when it was first released.
I got a 616M Win94 shot the other night, My mate still has the furthest shot I've ever seen at 967m with the kar98k

There's something about PUBG and landing the perfect headshot. Its like the ultimate reward for your brain figuring out bullet patterns. You have to EARN it

Gotta love how you can have thousands of hours of gameplay on this game and you still be amazed when you land a long distance headshot with a sniper. I just love sniping in this game.
Meanwhile me PUBG mobile player wonders how hard sniping in PUBG is. In mobile version i get 3-10 sniper headshots a match 😰

I remember the day the MK-14 came out and I FINALLY got one. Some guy drove past in a buggy and I just wanted to practice some fun shots on him. I led the first shot a bit and domed him at 200m. I then won the round by hiding in a corner on full auto.
Also any AWM game where you get quick multikills is always great.
Wacky saying he is not a great sniper is like saying I'm not a professional at masterbaiting.

its just 10 days playing pubg , and i killed a running person 150 m away with m24 and 6x , man it all happened in just a flash of milli seconds. i was amazed .
We quit PUBG around 2019, if I'm remembering it correctly. I didn't totally quit and play a bit from time to time especially when there is something new. But since the player base is less, it's kind of boring to play. But now, since it has been f2p, even with all the additional updates making the gaming experience easier (I prefer it to be harder, but this is good for newbies), player base increased and improved. And it's almost as good as before again! I wish a lot more people play the game. It's still great and satisfying to play. It's more strategical than almost any other BR games, and you can feel that YOU really are trying to survive in a situation instead of just running around shooting people.
It's so satisfying to get those sniper kills. I used to refuse to pick them up because I was uncomfortable with them, but I've been making a point to use them a lot and I'm getting better little by little

Yesterday I played squads on Erangel and we moved to the houses next to Gergopol and I had a m24 with 4x scope and I saw some guy shooting with someone else and i aimed bit higher and I shot him in the head killing him instantly 468m away... Best kill I ever had!

Predicting bullet drop and travel distance and then actually landing a well timed shot, is 1 of the reason why PUBG is still #1 as a BR.

WACKY, Do you HAVE to wear the PUBG Partner jacket? or can you remove it if you want? What I mean, since your a PUBG partner does that mean you can't remove it, and have to wear it? IF NOT, why not remove it for something else before the match, since it's glitched? OR is it glitched and you can't remove it AT ALL?
Wacky for new players I stumbled upon your old how to use “this gun” videos and wondered if they were still good for new players to take in this info?
Most of them are still accurate, even if some values of dmg etc. are too old now (nerfs/buffs). But the basics of most weapons will be the same....so....don't go full sniper with a Ak47, like i did.... many times. Wacky explains why.

How comes that everytime i play the game it feels kind of clunky and when i watch you it looks so smooth. Are there some movement tips i missed? Nice video wacky :)

Hiding out in Eregrel, near the hills north of school, watching players filtering in and out of the apartment buildings south west of my position. Armed with a Kar98, surpressor, 8x scope and camouflage ghille suit. 2 players on the roof raining rounds on players below but pausing to reload and take painkillers. I have to aim up, take the first shot. Headshot. Knocked player. He crawls and his teammate keeps firing, waiting for him to get to cover. Stops firing to revive his teammate. I take aim and fire again. Headshot. Team eliminated. One of the best feelings. Using stealth to remain undetected and carried on to win the game solo after my teammate was killed almost instantly following the drop with a DBS. Times like this, sniping on PUBG and typing comments on RUclips, reminiscing my 23 kill game and thinking back to my multiple 300m plus shots with my surpressed Kar98. One of the greatest feelings.
Genuinely now, when you shoot with the Kar, can you stay locked in looking down the scope (like with mini14). I like to see the target hit

I enjoy pubg a lot don't get me wrong it's a fun game. But I could just never get into it now days because there are just FAR to many snipers. Tried to play it a little bit for 3 weeks and I made some notes and I kid you not. Every. Single. Person. I killed or was killed by had a sniper rifle. This game is just way to sniper based now. I enjoyed it much more back when snipers were something of a rare treat where if you found one on the ground it was one of those yeah boy lets go. Now it's just way to common. I found 2 m24, a kar 98, and two SKS all in the same building before. And it wasn't like a big warehouse or something with lots of loot. Was just a standard two floor house. It's just ridiculous. Not to mention the cheating is far more rampant then I ever remember it being. Back when I still actively played just before i stopped for few years back when sanhok was just released. What on earth did they do to the loot system in this game that made snipers lay everywhere like candy.

One day ago i was playing sniper training i landed in yasnaya close to the three lined up three storie buildings i had a mohsin nagant without a scope i spotted a player on the main building ( big fat building at the start of yasnaya )and i opened mohsin nagant iron sight tried to hit missed the first one but one the second one enemy was still but aim was hard to adjust i aim just a little bit over his head and got the most satisfying headshot of my pubg career. The shot was almost 350 to 380 meters meters .
And his name was WTF 😂😂😂
I'd argue the kar98 is the best gun to snipe with, it feels better than the m24 and I cant even explain why but my guess is the reload and look of the gun. It resets you well for each shot
I see streamers miss their shots with the kar98 at close range from 100m or so and they miss all the time and this has been happening to a few streamers but idk since it could be the game not registering bullets but not sure something Im looking into.
