The best tip of the video for me was at 8:15 about killing the guy approaching the compound. I'm usually the guy who remains passive and then loses later. Holding ground is the best strategy. Good call
4:12 that was actually the smartes thing to do there! If I was in this situation I would've thrown a molotov at the bottom of the stairs to prevent the guy to go upstairs for healing, but then I realized this would've cost me the opportunity to properly push the guy or going inside if someone else is going to shoot me. Hats off Wacky, that was really a clever use of those grenades.
yep, proper use of throwables is a skill, which most of us do not possess :D If it was me, I would include missing the window, bouncing grenade right back to my face as I run to the building :D
one thing you missed wacky, in the final fight you weren't boosted, when in 1v1 always boost up, so when he hits you vaulting out of the building you don't need to heal but you recover some precious health with time, and time in this situations is very important in this game.. in your case, he hits your lvl3 vest with M24, something like 48 damage, a lucky headshot with the beryl spray would do 64 damage: you are dead. You were smart not healing because the guy would have reached the compound and your advantage will ended, and would turned completely in another kind o fight. Full boosted you recover some health, and maybe using only one bandage (takes 3 seconds) you can recover maybe like 25hp or so and would have eliminated a lot of risk.. nice vid!!
Thank you wacky Jacky. Going through your thought process is a great way to learn from you. The scary thing about your play is you appear to have a lot of this situational awareness as "muscle memory" . How much conscious thought do you find yourself doing in game compared to just "flowing"
Step 1: Locate the best compound Step 2: Be lucky and don't get shot on the way to the compound Step 3: Be lucky that there is no one in the compound Step 4: Be lucky that the zone is perfect for you. Ok i will try this next game.
They are really close to the screen plus Bec of RUclips's compression the video gets blurry hence the audience have a really low chance of spotting things like that. Try to record while you play when you see the fotage again you will not see things sharply that's what happened here.
MG3 is just pretty unique when being held because it has such a long barrel with the big bulky base. Though I'd start to be concerned if wacky could identify what pistol he had holstered at that range
To be fair, center circle compounds are usually occupied by at least one player, you were fortunate no-one was there shooting at you upon approach? Also, you're an aggressive, highly skilled player. Most players aren't, and would hesitate quite often. Very well played.
I love watching your videos and guides, I have inspired by you, and I have implemented your tips n tricks in this game and seen better results than before, thanks, buddy. :)
Awesome vid DubJ! Console play has been awesome lately with the influx of PS players and reduced wait times. Excited to try and put these tips to use in my gameplay.
Awesome vid Wacky. Thank you.. my endgames suck so bad :) well most of my game does,.but have whiffed so many ends. Keep doing what you do. All the best from the bottom of Africa 👊
How to win in Solo is drastically different than Duos or Squads. Tactics also differ between FPP and TPP. In TPP solos, get to a place where you can always be last to move, carry lots of meds, and play super passive, trying to avoid being seen as long as possible, because every time you move or shoot you risk being third partied. If you do fire, make sure you have cover on your back and sides.
best scientists in this game... great videos... I'm getting better just watching you play and talk about why you choose to do that rather than th other way...
end game - shoot heads and remain center of the circle. what a nice position to be in - in miramar. in a freakin building like that. mmmm good place for final circles
yeah, that was funny, but he did have only 100 rounds, most times that will be more than enough with only 4 people left, but if you have the opportunity why not get more and not have to worry about it.
8:15 you don't stay passive because of tactical reasons, i wouldn't have stay passive because i'm blood thirsted, we are no the same i've just noticed that this video was posted more than 2 years ago
Can anyone give advice for peeking? I really struggle hitting "q" and "e" while using the other movement keys. Is there another key bind? Some finger placement trick? Just raw practice?
Super useful and interesting. You know, everybody thinks different. I'd go the other way and do some other action. And it's deffinetely surprising how you use gun type information and get it by listening sounds. Waiting for more lessons, sir :)
the logic ive developed as a xbox player is its not about seeing them, its about how you react, as long as they dont one shot you or catch you with your pants down, you have a chance
Hendrik, Can you reccomend any good non-chinese gaming laptop for games like GTA V and PUBG or Warzone????? Also I will say your tutorial on how to use the VSS got me 8 kills! i would love to see more such videos
First thing that not allow you to win - adrenaline, if you had it splash, you will loose. It nature design to have it for physical fight, but you are not in one.
Just won yesterday for the first time in months solo , 8 kills , mostly snipering . I find it much harder since they made it free to play , so sure the game is full of cheaters now . Love the game tho . The end game is always the hardest part I find .

My first one was on the triple "jamila" compound on Karakin thats on the hilltop, theres the explodable house in the middle :)
Insaaane strats and decision making. That's what got you the Chicken Dinner. That left-frag right-frag baiting move was beautiful. Well done :)

The end is between a guy who is really good and a guy who is so good he foresees what a good player would do.
