In future, in places where the stabilisation is working harder, I think it might be better using a higher shutter, such as either 1/100 or 1/200 when shooting in 25fps, like I did for some of my First Impressions video. Just a thought and might be helpful to some.
The bitrate findings that I included are not for the entire range of settings, just ones that I tend to use or have used. I included 4K 50fps in Wide with Rocksteady off, because that would be my main setting for FPV, so I can stabilise it in post using Gyroflow.
