Dragon Ball Z - Cell Second Form VS Tien Shinhan

After successfully absorbing Android 17, Cell received quite a great improvement. He was able to defeat Android 16 easily. To prevent Cell from becoming a perfect form, Android 16 invites him to escape, and Tien Shinhan holds Cell temporarily so that Android 16 and Android 18 have a chance to escape.
