    Great wash day...so many people make wash day seem like it's an all day event. Plot twist, it doesn't have to be 🙂.

      Haha! Yes, I wholeheartedly agree. I don’t think I could ever survive a 10-step wash day 🙃 thanks for watching, by the way!

      Some people have to do other things that some people don’t have to do, which takes longer. Everyone’s hair is different. So yes, it doesn’t HAVE to be all day, but if you have to take those extra steps for healthy hair it can be time consuming.

    • @niariella03
      @niariella03 4 года назад +50

      Izuku Midoriya Tea cause I do 3 steps for the actual washing process but it takes forever to detangle my hair because not only do I have low porosity hair but my hair likes to hold onto tangles near my roots and shed hairs. Plus I have a lot of hair and it’s long, so the process is way more time consuming for me than it is for others Ik who have the same/ similar hair texture as me but different porosity and density. It takes me a good hour and a half to 2hrs to wash my hair and that’s on a good day. If I wait too long, wash day is hell.

    • @simpforme.
      @simpforme. 3 года назад +12

      I agree. Some people like the long drawn out routines but I can’t be bothered with it. I time myself and it usually takes 1-2 hours from when I start washing to finishing my styling. I detangle a day or two before I wash my hair as well

    • @kathleenadeshoga8415
      @kathleenadeshoga8415 3 года назад +16

      @@izukumidoriya1038 I do agree that some need extra steps but all day is still a really long time for most ppl. Often ppl are doing extra things that they think are "healthy" when it's actually unnecessary

      @kaylanatasha13  4 года назад +12

      Hi Deborah! Thank you for watching. Do you mean putting in the leave in when my hair is still dripping wet or after I’ve wrung out the water but am still in the shower?

    • @auralkill4249
      @auralkill4249 4 года назад +31

      @@kaylanatasha13 I would squeeze out the hair so there’s room for the leave in conditioner to penetrate the strands, although I’m assuming the original commenter suggested to do it in the shower because your follicles will be open due to the warm water if you have low porosity hair. Instead of having that change in temperature once you’ve left the shower. I hope this helps.

    • @kaylanatasha13
      @kaylanatasha13  3 года назад

      Be sure to use water based leave in conditioners. It might not be that your scalp needs moisture, though. It could be a dandruff problem ? Going to a dermatologist is always helpful if it’s severe. They could prescribe you something. Or you could try this medicated shampoo by neutrogena called Tgel. Hope this helps!
