Great reaction! They also did a Dreamcatcher - Good Night cover, which is pretty fire. If you ever react to that Dreamcatcher song I think you should react to they cover in the same video, too. Rolling Quartz is great. Oh if you ever react Good Night, do it with the intro, My toys. That intro is straight out metal! You'll be dead. :-)

There are so many fantastic female Asian bands! Rolling Quartz, LOVEBITES, Bridear, Band-Maid, Marys Blood, Aldious. I have a HUGE crush on Arem, the RQ bass player.

I'm a classic rock fan, and until a few years ago, I've felt like rock has been dead for for a few decades, until I discovered Dreamcatcher and this band. They take the american rock concept and get creative with it. You can count on one hand the american rock bands that've done the same on one hand (maybe slightly hyperbolic, but only slightly). To the point that a genre was created for it, as you mentioned, prog rock.

I totally agree. Innovation plus passion is what rock and roll needs to survive.

RQ just collab'ed with solo idol AleXa on a rock version of AleXa's song "Xtra". Might be worth reacting to both versions back to back to see what they started with. AleXa's done this before, she did a metal/rock version of her debut song "Bomb" with a Korean band named Diablo. Another back-to-back reaction worth doing. AleXa's a Korean-Russian-American from Tulsa, OK, and comes by her love of metal honestly.

Good take on these beauties, Dan! Rolling Quartz is a transfusion of heavy metal. They are both a band and a phenomenon.

If this is the type of music you enjoy, you should take a look at the Japanese scene, there are literally dozens of all-female rock and metal bands, each with their own style and sound, and as a whole they cover pretty much every genre out there, from pop rock to death metal. I'll only leave a few recommendations for a start.
Scandal - probably the most influential girl band in Japan in recent years. They started the band when they were still in high school in 2006, and 15 years later they are basically living legends and an inspiration for a lot of newer bands. Most of their discography is on the poppy side, but they do everything from city pop to punk, and even reggae. A.M.D.K.J, Masterpiece, and Awanai Tsumori no Genki de ne are great introduction songs.
Band-Maid - awesome hard rock band, pretty famous in the West, compared to other Japanese bands at least, and for a good reason. Choose me and Dice are great songs to start with.
Lovebites - mostly '80s style power metal, but they also do thrash, heavy, speed, you name it. Also pretty well known in the West, they toured with Dragonforce in 2019. Start with Shadowmaker or When Destinies Align.
Nemophila - a supergroup of sorts, every member is/was playing in some other band or just a well known session musician. Only started playing together in 2019, but everything they've done so far is amazing. Don't really have their "own" sound yet, they did hard rock and they did almost metalcore. Check out Raitei for the former and Dissension for the latter.
Aldious - one of the pioneers of the Japanese all-girl metal scene in its current state, enough said. Go with We Are or Dominator.

One personal favorite I will add to your list is Polkadot Stingray. To me they have an indi-rock feel. Fiction and Keshin from their latest (3rd) album are excellent starting points.

The bass on this is a little pronounced in the mix but I love that and it's absolutely overlooked. All the best bands have a great bassist.
Rolling Quartz are actually the first female K-Rock band to rival the sixteen year old all-girl J-Rock / J-Metal scene which is huge. You want harmonizing guitars? Lovebites, Aldious, Nemophila. You want the kitchen sink? Hanabie will slay you. You want class? Band-Maid. You want idol? BABYMETAL. There are many, MANY more.
