Lyrically the song reminds me a lot of Better Things by Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings. That song is legend. But it’s almost 20 years old now and does sound very different and it is a concept that should be repeated because it’s amazing. That being said this might be the best English language kpop song I’ve ever heard. Total bop imo.
