My hubby and my brother are good mechanics, We had a couple show up at our shop a few years ago and their vehicle broke down right infront of our business, This couple was from the USA and always dealt with us and I mentioned to the our customer that the Lord must have been watching over them. My hubby was able to fast track the part and fixed it up. Mel Hearst passed away from cancer in the USA and we sure do miss him. He asked me the day his vehicle broke down if I was a God Fearing Woman and I am and will always say yes sir! You can read his obituary online and he was a Pastor and he and his beautiful wife always came back after we helped them out. I calmed him down by letting him know his vehicle broke down in a safe place and with the comforting words he never forgot.
So back in ‘82, I got a used 1977 Plymouth fury. It was beat up good. I got it from my older brother. It had a leak in the exhaust manifold and I like all thick head guys think they can fix anything. Of course I had it all taken apart all over my dads yard. Nearly killed myself a dourness times. In the end, it leaked worse and I never drove it again without both windows down. Which made it fun driving it to morning wrestling practices, especially in November. ........ Ah, good times.
