The wisdom of dressing well but not woth extravagance is something so natural and so universal that even the wise among the disbelievers are aware of it. There is this principle in classical western fashion known as sprezzatura, which roughly translates to nonchlance. It is the idea of dressing well but not putting so much effort into it that it becomes apparent that you care a lot about being well dressed. This is considered one of the highest points of classical men's fashion. But of course, as always, where rhe western philosophers are grasping at vague ideas, the muslim scholars are upon clarity and certainty.

It will be hard at first where you will be heavy headed etc. But after a few days you will begin to see immense benefits. Also remember to do morning adhkars that really helps to get you started for the day.

so how many hours would you recommend sleeping for a 20 year old
6-8 hours...
Replace an hour of your sleep to tahajjud

Nope. We do both.
