earth could be flat, this video proves it partly. is the sun not in a unproper position? look here, new york to moscow. sun goes like on a flat earth, that's weird, isn't it? 2. hard core proof. the thing with "180 days, earth to sun position, day to day", but it should be night. check it out. excuse it, the 4 min a day. 4x180 = 12hours but this is debunked. weird, hm. or do you have to change you time on your watch, phone, computuer, everyday? tv series / news come 1 hours later or earlier in 15 days later from point now? they made a big mistake. this proves that nasa have one big lie and the whole thing is now questionable.
The biggest issue is any electronics that emit wifi or anything like that and the use of most electronics that distract passengers incase of an emergency. Taking off and landing is the most dangerous part of a flight and they flight crew needs to ba able to alert you if anything arises.
I take video almost every time I fly, including takeoff and landing. Nobody's every bothered me about it. IF anything, they might be concerned with devices that transmit some sort of signal, like a phone, but a camcorder doesn't do stuff like that. I know, someone's going to tell me that they do now for some reason, but I'm talking generally. Taking a picture with a camera - traditionally - doesn't send out some powerful signal that will disable the plane's systems.
Airlines are totally cool with handheld electronics now as long as you put your phone in "airplane mode." You can take all the pictures you want. As for laptops, they still tell you to put them away for takeoff and landing, probably more to prevent the danger of something heavier flying around hitting people in a crash. Airplane mode saves tons of battery power on your phone anyway.
Nice! I wish the states were as small as your countries are. Even Montana is bigger than Germany. It takes forever to go anywhere here, even flying takes many hours. Driving often takes days. Even in my state of New Mexico it is an 8 hour drive from the top to the bottom. It's exhausting.
Hey this is nice. I fly a lot and see some crazy cloud formations and sites on the ground that are simply gone before I get a chance to pull my phone or camera out to snap them. This I am going to have to try. I have two questions for you - did you suction cup the Hero to the window? Secondly, didn't anybody say anything? I'm sure it would have freaked some people out to say the least. Thanks for this, very cool. Steve.
@M6AL I've been wanting to do some GoPro time lapses but I've been wondering. I've heard of people's camera retinas or something being damaged by the sun. How can I avoid this and for inflight videos I'm guessing the airport you were at allowed you to use you suction cup mount to video. Do you have to get special clearance to do that or what.
its a bunch of bullshit and the crew also knows that, ipods and stuff isnt allowed at takeoff and landing because it can fly around in the cabins and you wouldnt hear safety instructions with eapods on
hi, im going to get one next year, was wandering with the time lapse you just set it up on the camera right.. and ive seen videos where its normal recording then part of it is time lapse then back to normal is there a button that like turns the timelapse on an off, or do you have to edit it on computer? Thanks
nope you record the entire thing in normal mode and edit it with the gopro studio freeware OR you pause the recording (creting a a new file) and switch modes
Then why do pilots have to take in to account the earths curvature for their flight plans to have the best time and fuel efficiency? Explain why planes can’t go to a destination in a straight line projected on a flat map otherwise they would end up somewhere random due to the curve?
You made a video 1080p (1920x1080) 25fps 1 hour 50 minutes long for a timelapse? xD Insane!!! How much the video file weighed??? 1 frame per 0.5 second would be much more easier :D GoPro timelapse mode and just edit it with a free Gopro studio software. It takes few min to render and saves lot of disc space x)
how big is the capacity of your memory card to film this video? and did the battery last long enough, or did you have an extra battery? Also, did the FA gave any difficulties? Sorry for asking a lot of question, but i would love to make an inflight timelapse like this. Thanks!
the song goes so well with the video, loved it
0:55, totally my favorite. Beautiful song for a beautiful flight!
Cool time lapse of a Swiss Air flight from Zurich to London.
Beautiful video and music!
Beautiful footage!
Thx for the tip! I already ordered the suction cup mount. Should arrive in the next few days :)!
The song is Into The Fire by Thirteen Senses

wonderful. the music was almost a perfect match
Hi, did you mount the camera above or below the suction cup on the plane window?
I love these video's
So much for "turn off all electronics" haha. Awesome video! I'm going to do this on my flight to the Virgin Islands.
great idea. nice timelaps
Nice video above the clouds.
Stunning thanks!
So is the "shut off all electronics" thing no longer a big deal of flights? I am flying Atl to Vegas and would love to do this with my Hero3.

Sure can see all the effects of the doplar/nexrad waves in the clouds.
Love it. Thanks for sharing the shooting Data.
Awesome video!
Nice video, I was looking to do something like this for my next flight. I am glad you posted what you used and how.

Looks great !
Yea, did the FAs ask questions or ask you to take it down at any point? And were you using the suction cup mount?
Flight is beautiful
Excellent video! Thank you for sharing it with us! :)
Cool :') I love seeing clouds from above, I know you didn't control it but the clouds looks amazing.
beautiful videooooooooooooo
suction mount! of course! I had a bumpy video first time I tried this...suction mount on order now! thanks
Nice video what have you made with the micro sd
Great! How many photos? How much per second?

Great video! I have done a few myself across the USA.
HI, great but is it timelapse or simple video witch is you speed up? It looks like only a simple video with speed up..
Fantastic

Very good, did you take photo or you make a video first and then you make it quiker?
Second line of the description.
Hi i wouldlike to know how much pictures have you do per second please:)
Cool time lapse
at what distance the pictures were taken ? Nice work! :)
Beeindruckendes Video :) Mehr davon!
Whats settings do you have when you do this awesome timelap?
he posted it in the top
I thought all electrics should be turned of before take of and before landing, no one bother you to shut it off ? o.O
it's a myth
www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-29381193
only electric things which need internet
Mythbusters proved they do nothing, just a common myth. The equipment is protected from it
its a bunch of bullshit and the crew also knows that, ipods and stuff isnt allowed at takeoff and landing because it can fly around in the cabins and you wouldnt hear safety instructions with eapods on
If you were in time lapse mode how many seconds we're there in between pictures. I'm guessing 30 since the long flight?
How did you manage do get the camera so steady? Did you use a tripod or some kind of mound?
Mike
Good idea I fly a lot from man to zhr and back because i live there so next time i will have to figure out a way of filming the flight
did u film the whole time and made later the time lapse effect or did you u use the time lapse of the camera (if so, which interval)?
What accessory did you use to keep it so still?
i think there was alot of picture in this clip rite? did you remember how many?? :)
Did you ask the cabin crew if you could set it up ? By the way did you use the suction cup device ?
Nice video!
What did you use to steady the gopro to the window? Did you just suction cup mount it to the window?
How big was the movie file?
Yes, I filmed the complete sequence at once at normal speed and sped the video up afterwards.
What interval did you use for the timelapse and did you use a regular battery?
how did you set the gopro by the window without moving it?
do you use fish lens in the process of making this film?
Beautiful BIG CLOWN
What did you use to mount the camera? The suction cup?
Amazing!
How did you attach it ..?
ciao, volevo sapere dove hai posizionato la tua gopro in modo fisso. grazie
I'm taking a flight to Washington D.C. this Friday. Should I use my phone or my gopro for a time lapse?
the gopro might be better if it has suction. however the iphone would be easier.
what time interval between photos?
I used the GoPro suction cup mount
❤❤❤❤❤ Alguém Sabe Dizer o Nome Dessa Música?
did you use the gopro suction mount??
how did u hold the go pro all flight?
how many pictures per second did you take ?
Yes! How many? Please tell us!
It's a video so at least 25fps
Other thing can you tell us how much do you speed up the video?
amibumpin im pretty sure it wasn't 25 frames, more like 1 picture every 0.5 seconds.
how did you fixed the camara on the window?
Probably a suction cup mount
Kevor Studios is it legal to take to a comercail flight?
Great Idea, love the Vid :)
cool video!!!
Hows the battery life ? were you keep charging the battery ?
looks cool
did anybody give you any trouble on the plane for having a suction mount on the window?
I did it on my Emirates flight no problem, go look at their channel Emirates they even use it in the cockpit/flightdeck

Alright okay thanks.
Song: Into The Fire - Thirteen Senses
is it allowed to use the music for monetisation ?
Can i ask, how did you keep the gopro mounted/steady? I am going on a trip tomorrow and I want to do this also, but I dont know how to keep it steady
Buy a suction cup mount. That way you won't have to hold it steady for hours haha
Earth is clearly not a globe. We fly planes over the plane.
LMAO you know nothing about aviation. Nothing at all. Flights debunk your fairy tale world.
Then why do pilots have to take in to account the earths curvature for their flight plans to have the best time and fuel efficiency? Explain why planes can’t go to a destination in a straight line projected on a flat map otherwise they would end up somewhere random due to the curve?
How did you keep your GoPro on that long? My GoPro only stays on for 2 hours
+Ready Finetti It says in the description the flight were 1 hour 50 minutes
Are you using gopro with suction mount ?
Do you use the Gopro studio software called GoPro studio to do the timelapse
Yes
Sorry I was drunk when I was commenting. Thanks, please post more.
wes k lol
very cool good job ...
MUITO BOM!!! ... PARABÉNS.

I'm pretty sure it wasnt a video - there is a "Time Lapse" Setting on GoPro Hero 3 and 4 where you can set it to take photos at certain intervals..
It's actually with all of the gopros not just 3&4
In the description it says he used normal video
cammo253 but he said he used normal video in the description
That's my question. My battery life at normal video speed isn't half that. I'm thrilled to get 40 minutes off a charge.
Beautiful. Congrats. :D
Nice movie, I like it ! :)
how about the battery life and the memory? a log trip for just one battery and 1 memory..jeje
quite cool
which music do you use ?
Thirteen Senses Into The Fire
how much space did you use??
and how did you mount the gopro?? i need it for later today ^_^
How long was this flight?
So basically you continuous recorded for 2 hours.
I bought Hero 3 today, some ppl saying on youtube that the battery last only for 20 minutes.
And also, what song is that?
Thirteen Senses - Into The Fire
how long was it??( I mean time)
1 hour and 50 minutes
Thanks nice Vid.
Nice!
who can tell me the name of the song?
nice one!!!
