It was a huge crack!! Glad you liked the video. Well, I probably would visit Salento and Santa Rosa hot springs, but Medellin is super fun. It’s a tough choice! If you have a week, you can probably do both!
Great video ! As a Colombian living in Canada, makes me proud a fellow Canadian enjoys visiting my country as much as I do. Makes me want to take a flight and be in Bogota my beloved home town. Millonarios my team! keep it up great videos!
That’s awesome! Where in Canada do you live? …and yes, we absolutely loved your country. What a great vacation destination. I will definitely buy some land there one day and relax with all the nice people and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
@@McClintonfamilydventures I live in St Thomas ON, (close to London) yes me and my wife are thinking of buying land or a property there in the future, land and homes are very affordable down there. Congrats on the channel !
Property is affordable for sure. Especially when comparing it to our places on Vancouver island! Or Ontario. I talked to a home builder there when I was in San Gil. He was very knowledgeable. He said we could get a nice house with a pool on a half acre for 250k. That was 15 min from Barichara. It was so beautiful.
@@McClintonfamilydventures Great I have never been to San Gil but I am sure its good, with 250k you would build a really nice house down there. I want something in my city Bogota on the north side or in a small town called Chia close to Bogota. That I could airbnb while I am not there and when I go to Bogota I can stay there.
That’s the best plan. Have something when you go that you can also rent. Then it pays for itself. We passed through Chia. We were supposed to go to the Tigo head office there, but we ended up going to the one in Bogota. Seemed nice in Chia.
Amigo te falta también estar una noche en el pueblo de El Peñol. Caminar por sus campos y conocer su historia. Infaltable para los paisas y visitantes.

Hello from the Sunshine Coast Canada! I’ll be bringing my 10 year old son to Colombia in February for two weeks but am having a hard time narrowing down which places to visit. What are your favourites? That’s so much. And keep up the great videos!
I have been thinking about your question! It’s hard to answer. Haha. Ps. I have family on the coast. ….but, if I had to pick, I would spend a week in the Amazon (hard travel) and a week in the coffee region (beautiful and easy). Try to see Bogota on a day with a layover. ….i love the beaches, but for me, the best part of Colombia is inland. Another great place to have some fun is San Gil. …it’s hard to choose! We are going back in the summer for another 6 weeks to see more of Colombia. Good luck with your trip! Have the best time. You will love it. Let’s chat more before you go. Adam and Dana.
Thailand - the beaches Cambodia - the temples and the Mekong cruise Japan - the cities China - the food and the Great Wall USA - California and Las Vegas Nepal - Annapurna base camp Peru - Lima and the water front Costa Rica - surfing and jungle tours COLOMBIA - my second home and the friendly people. (And the soccer) I think that is all the places we have been.
are you filming with your iphone or a vlogger cam? quality looks good! are you going back to Bogota? specifically north side : Zona T, parque de la 93, parque simon bolivar?
I am using a GoPro 11. I don’t use any mods though! Just the camera. I like it because it is small and easy to use. With all the kids and figuring things out while we travel, I couldn’t use any camera that is too complicated. We are going back to Colombia for sure. This year. We will spend a few more days in Bogota to explore new places and eat more food!! Glad you are liking the videos!
No any word in spanish on any of your videos, next time try to not speak english at non English people thats little bit rude.. welcome again, good return.
@@Topyiyok thanks for this! This is true. I wish I knew more Spanish, so I will try to learn more for next time. But, I am never rude to people! take care

"That's a big crack" 😆. Too funny. I'm thinking of going to Medellin instead of Coffee Triangle. What do you think?
