Hannibal is such an elegant and charming person that throughout the series me and my mother created a soft spot for him. We cheered for him and wanted him to successfully run away with Will. We were often shocked when Hannibal was killing someone on-screen because (for just a moment) it worked like a breaking-spell effect but as soon as he finished, the veil, (as the series says) was back on and we would blindly love him again lmao. His posture and politeness works so well that I totally forget that he is dangerous, and that his feelings are exclusive shown to Will Graham only. Everyone else (the audience, the characters, the victims) gets the veil. Think about if the series didn't take a Hannibal/Will point of view. Imagine if we saw the story in Alana's, Jack or Bedelia's point of view. Up until season 3 they know nothing. The only point of reference they have is what Will says; that's why Hannibal needed to discredit his thoughts, his sanity, his stability. What I wanted to say is: this edit it's like a slap on my face to remember me who Hannibal Lecter is, I got the chills man. I don't think I'll ever get over this series. I can't accept I'll live this life without season four :c

I always love the scene where Hannibal goes "In the pantry" cause I feel like you actual get a glimpse of the monster relishing the hunt finally peeking out. And this video just highlights and paints it perfectly an apex predator in his prime. Editing is top notch!
