Another march by Semyon Chernetsky based on the 8th Guards Rifle Division, which was originally known as the 316th Rifle Division. The division was famously led by Ivan Panfilov, a Soviet general and posthumously awarded for his command during the Battle of Moscow in 1941.

La Division Panfilov qui comprenait 28 hommes, tenait la dernière ligne de défense avant Moscou. Sur les 28 hommes, il n'en resta plus que 6 lorsque les allemands se retirèrent. 6 statues furent érigées sur le lieu même du combat qui immortalisent ces héros.
