I went no words for almost a year after severe trauma. No talking. No social media. Nothing... It was hard. I hated it, but I've always been a loner, socially inept. That's what gave me my understanding of what's being communicated here. I was able to put meaning to what little words I spoke once I began to speak again... What a sad but enlightening experience.

I've spent that week silent. I've spent that week with only my thoughts. I didn't like what I found. Which is why I am here. To escape from my own mental hellscape. While there I found the me that looks at me and judges my actions. He told me things that I didn't want to hear. But they were true. I met a second fellow, a pretty decent conversationalist, but he kept telling me stupid things. Always trying to argue with me, to get a rile out of me. Often he would win. The real problem is when the 3 of us are stuck in the same room together. I tend to forget which one I am.
Sometimes we can confuse which wolf is which. Many claim to say you should only feed one, but i feel you should care for them both, as they are the dichotomy that makes you who you are as a person. Each wolf has their own values and weaknesses. Though, i believe, it takes an open mind to see this. Some amount of forgiveness may be necessary too. but In the end, I want you to know that you have never been alone with these problems. There are people like you, who are stuck in a very similar way.
I’m new to the works of Mr. Freeman, and I would love to have some criticisms and opinions of mine come to light about his philosophies. I too agree that social media should be used in moderation, before it becomes and endless loop of sharing, laughter, and liking. It helps to take a break every once in awhile :) Talking and communication is a very important thing in society however, how it’s sole purpose is to share ideas, information, and to communicate with others. But, same with social media, communicating too much can result in the same thing we see in the social media problem. My humble advice is to take a break every once in awhile, and go outside. Go camping, explore, go for a walk, something to keep you away for a small while, and take in the beauty of the natural world. I’m actually planning to camp in the forest at least a day in every weekend. In conclusion, I think Mr. Freeman is undoubtedly correct, and thanks to him for the wonderful advice, and video.❤

Yes you can. That's the easiest way to learn and master foreign language. Just watch your favorite RUclipsr. That's how I learned English. Should you start doing it you'll increase your listening abilities. But if u want to be able to speak as fluent as the do, then I'd probably recommend you to start reading books in English (out loud) First and foremost I think it's obvious but anyway.. just in case, if you have forgotten about it. 1) Increase your vocabulary and then you start learning English grammar (which I found pretty useless.. you see.. as a self taught person I can say that knowing grammar is nothing compared to your big vocabulary. When u learn a language u learn it just like a child once did. He never learned any grammar or stuff like that. It just happened. So let it happen by itself just learn phrases practice a lot) Good luck 🤞

Ive done months of silence and it was the only thing that saved me. I would recommend it to anyone who can. Start with just a day at a time. Youll have to probably redefine your daily schedule off social media, but its for the best when you unplug and find yourself.
I had to do a week long experiment in high school 12 years ago and I chose a week of silence. It absolutely irratated my other teachers, made me a social outcast in friend circles for the time, and my family would demand that i speak until they turned red in the face. But after those 7 days until now people give full attention to the words i say. It taught me to speak with purpose. Pro tip: read the dictionary and study etymology during that week.

To the creator: I desire change in my own life. I used to want to be a hero and save the world. As unrealistic as it sounds, I felt like if I had true power and influence, I could do good with it. Sometimes we can confuse which wolf is which. Many claim to say you should only feed one, but i feel you should care for them both, as they are the dichotomy that makes you who you are as a person. Each wolf has their own values and weaknesses. Though, i believe, it takes an open mind to see this. Some amount of forgiveness may be necessary too. but
In the end, I want you to know that you have never been alone with these problems. There are people like you, who are stuck in a very similar way.
I’m new to the works of Mr. Freeman, and I would love to have some criticisms and opinions of mine come to light about his philosophies. I too agree that social media should be used in moderation, before it becomes and endless loop of sharing, laughter, and liking. It helps to take a break every once in awhile :)
Talking and communication is a very important thing in society however, how it’s sole purpose is to share ideas, information, and to communicate with others. But, same with social media, communicating too much can result in the same thing we see in the social media problem. My humble advice is to take a break every once in awhile, and go outside. Go camping, explore, go for a walk, something to keep you away for a small while, and take in the beauty of the natural world. I’m actually planning to camp in the forest at least a day in every weekend. In conclusion, I think Mr. Freeman is undoubtedly correct, and thanks to him for the wonderful advice, and video.❤

Words are used to manipulate people. thats exacly what Mr. Freeman is doing to all of us. he wants us to remain silent, but if 9 of 10 people are silent, the last person gets all the power he could ever have wanted.

Yes you can. That's the easiest way to learn and master foreign language. Just watch your favorite RUclipsr. That's how I learned English.
Should you start doing it you'll increase your listening abilities. But if u want to be able to speak as fluent as the do, then I'd probably recommend you to start reading books in English (out loud)
First and foremost I think it's obvious but anyway.. just in case, if you have forgotten about it. 1) Increase your vocabulary and then you start learning English grammar (which I found pretty useless.. you see.. as a self taught person I can say that knowing grammar is nothing compared to your big vocabulary. When u learn a language u learn it just like a child once did. He never learned any grammar or stuff like that. It just happened. So let it happen by itself just learn phrases practice a lot)

Ive done months of silence and it was the only thing that saved me. I would recommend it to anyone who can. Start with just a day at a time. Youll have to probably redefine your daily schedule off social media, but its for the best when you unplug and find yourself.

I had to do a week long experiment in high school 12 years ago and I chose a week of silence. It absolutely irratated my other teachers, made me a social outcast in friend circles for the time, and my family would demand that i speak until they turned red in the face. But after those 7 days until now people give full attention to the words i say. It taught me to speak with purpose.
Pro tip: read the dictionary and study etymology during that week.

To the creator: I desire change in my own life. I used to want to be a hero and save the world. As unrealistic as it sounds, I felt like if I had true power and influence, I could do good with it.
Today, I noticed I've changed over the years. I could not tell you if it was growth, repressing my truest desires or given up and stopped caring. But I feel less emotion. I started tuning into my sensations. I don't attempt to help people as much nor take action on disagreeing. Everyday I lack the urge to speak and remain silent but yet, I still feel like I haven't lost joy, laughter or happiness. I just observe. I appreciate your videos. It helped me gain a new perspective but I still worry about where life will take me if I "surrender." Its scary when you don't know how to explain to people what's really going on inside of self. You as the being can only observe the changes when you become conscious of learning your own words may not be truth or lie. All I know is that I hear things, see things and feel things others around me may not be conscious of. Letting go has been the most uncomfortable decision I've made that's only left me in a mysterious mindset yet peaceful at times.
To help build something greater than themselves regardless of whether one will be able to witness its revelation, is but the highest from of righteousness, for humanity’s greatest achievements are born off the foundations laid by those righteous few.
