As a matter of fact, San de Felipe de Barajas isn´t a castle but a fortification used as a lookout and surveillance point towards the bay of Cartagena. Fortunately, it was never used in combat, as it was practically impregnable. Thanks to spaniards officials and local military men from that time, Colombia don´t speak english...
