The thing that resonated with me the most was: if parents don't teach their kids healthy conflict they won't become tough in life. I grew up in a household where there was a lot of conflict with my siblings growing up then i got married and my inlaws are people who completely avoid conflicts altogether. When i analyze both families i feel that my parents raised us better than my husband's family bcz even though we fight and have disagreements we always come bk to each other and we take care of one another. Conflict avoidance only leads to grievances alienation between siblings

Yes. It's true.. I haven't worked for about 11 months since graduated as my mom diagnosed with cancer. It was really desperate for me to let go of my future, and I got work as kindergarten teacher for 1 month, it's awful and I don't like it, but I got time to send my mom to hospital. At least I got work for 1 month, I think it's an experience also. For my personal growth experience is my relative blamed me for not knowing my mom's hard and not take care of my mom well. But I did. It's painful for me because that time I like all my relatives as we are a big family like to visit each other. It's pain for knowing you are an adult now and your relatives actually not want to see you success or just blame you and moral kidnapping you. I hate all my relatives now. I also hate myself. But it's true, you should think: oh at least I know I cannot communicate with them anymore, toxic people, ... So be stronger, i need to find a job now.
