This recipe is beautiful, the best muffins I ever baked. So flavourful and the texture is ON POINT. I only used 1/2 cup of sugar in total and replaced 30% of the oil with unsweetened applesauce. Thank you so much for this piece of heaven recipe! Take care and much love!

I loved your video, especially because they are vegan. This is the first time in my life I've ever tried anything which was vegan. I made one change to mine. As I'm allergy to chocolate I decided to buy some cinnamon mini chips to try in mine. OMG, these are the very best muffins I've ever made in my life (of 72 years)!! I am looking forward to graduating! It’s been a wild ride from freshman year to now a pandemic, who would have thought. Ever since the pandemic I have come to love cooking for myself and my family. And the best thing I can come up with is hanging out with friends and catching up. These are the very friends I'm trying to slowly introduce to a vegan lifestyle. I talk about it constantly (not in an intense way), share vegan goodies I find at grocery stores, and share vegan recipes I make (even some from your channel, which I love). And maybe I can even use the chocolate chip cookies to make them some chocolate chip pancakes, melt the chocolate to make a no-bake treat, and/or even the "Best Ever Vegan Pumpkin Muffins". What kind of flour do you use? Regular, all-purpose? I am trying a mix of regular whole wheat, and whole wheat pastry flours.

I am looking forward to graduating! It’s been a wild ride from freshman year to now a pandemic, who would have thought. Ever since the pandemic I have come to love cooking for myself and my family. It’s so relaxing and so much better than dining hall food 😂 This recipe looks so good and flavorful. I accidentally made some vanilla vegan cupcakes for my family that were unfortunately really bland and I accidentally turned my family away from vegan baking. Will definitely try these muffins out, it looks so good and fluffy and cozy!

I am one of those vegans who are allergic to coconut, soy and bananas...does that make only an honorary vegan?

I'm looking forward to looking forward to things. Sounds weird, I know, but I sat for a moment and thought to myself, "What in the world am I looking forward to?" And the best thing I can come up with is hanging out with friends and catching up. These are the very friends I'm trying to slowly introduce to a vegan lifestyle. I talk about it constantly (not in an intense way), share vegan goodies I find at grocery stores, and share vegan recipes I make (even some from your channel, which I love). And maybe I can even use the chocolate chip cookies to make them some chocolate chip pancakes, melt the chocolate to make a no-bake treat, and/or even the "Best Ever Vegan Pumpkin Muffins".
