I have the ES110 which is great starter instrument and it sounds fantastic via headphones but clearly has limitations using its 2x7w speaker system although in no way does it sound bad.. It sounds like the ES120 has made some improvements. Great playing by the way. I started in January and am enjoying the journey.
What stand do you have for your ES120? I'm really thinking about getting one but I can't really afford the furniture stand, and am limited on room. The stand you have looks stable and compact. Thank you for the demo 😊
It sounds wonderful. May I ask you what settings you use for this particular piano sound (also, which piano sample are you using)? It sounds nice and warm. Have you turned off Speaker EQ? And/or have you opted for the mellow voice mode and/or turned down the brilliance level? Thanks!
I think it's SK-EX grand concert sound. Oh yeah. I thought i did some adjust until im satisfied with the sound. But well, Kawaii's sound is very nice even if it's default setting. I love it.
@@_bee_2354 Thanks for your reply, that's good to know. Well, on default settings I felt it was too sharp and metallic sounding but here and in some kawai videos it sounds beautiful. Some have used mellow setting, tweaked the damper and string resonance and turned off Internal speaker EQ to achieve this. But thanks, I'll try some of these settings myself when I get the chance again. :)
I was just wondering if you had ever tried the ES120 and whether they've made compromises on the action compared to ES 110. I am seriously considering the ES 110 vs 120, and of course, if the 120 has the same superior action then I'd go for the newer model. But if the action is worse than the 110, I'd go for the older model.
For this i couldnt say which is better. But here Es110 is dismanufactured. If you've ever tried Es110, maybe you can come to the showroom trying out 120 and give it a true comparison.
I've got the ES120, Sounds great but like I said the action is noticable without headphones, it's not a dealbreaker but you can certainly hear it. @@flappybird315
@@_bee_2354 look again. I bet you used the front-facing camera and that works like a mirror. Either that, or this is the only keyboard in the world where the low notes are on the right and the high notes come in on the left hand!😅 Nice, smooth playing, by the way. It would be interesting to hear the quality of the sound direct injected, rather than via the phone’s mic - I’d be interested to compare with our ES110.
Something does not make sense here. You are playing lower pitched notes with your right hand and higher pitched notes with your left hand in the opposite direction???

🤠✌🏻Congratulations🤠✌🏻
Thanks for that! I am not though 😅

It's 99% the same piano. And now it has become cheaper. 197 note polyphony......
It sounds so good 🥲
Yeah. It's even better in real.
Nice play
Thank you

The double stand should be okay. Single stand quite weak for this.

I am Kawai fans.👍and i have CN39.
Nice. Since im not staying in one place, so portable piano is the best choice now.
Really good piano, I've had one about 3 weeks now. The only thing that annoys me a little is the loudness of the action. It's definitely noticeable
The Es110 or 120? 120 is supposed to have reduced the noise.

Hey I was wondering what book your using in that video?
It's the material book in my course. It was from my teacher. I bought an online piano course for beginners.
I had fun playing a new piano.
Sound is identical to my Yamaha p45. I wonder if this is also a beginner keyboard
Yeah I do think so. For me I love Kawai's sound, so I just chose it.
@@_bee_2354 I'm upgrading my p45 soon, I'll probably go for a kawaii next, they're beautiful
@@redribbonredribbon2430 go for it :)
It freaks me out that the picture is a mirror image, so it doesn’t look like the sound matches what you’re playing!
Nah, it was recorded by camera app so the sound is a little bit slower than the image.

It's Passacaglia.
