A pretty knife I love the sound of the whip-poor-wills. When I was at Va Tech I’d stay up all night studying fairly frequently. There was a whip-poor-will that sat outside my dormitory window and sing to me. 20:26
I have read that in the 18th and 19th century when they made jerky they didn’t want it seasoned because the seasoning would make them thirsty. I don’t know if that’s true or not but it does make sense.
Yes sir...looks like a good knife...Have you ever had a chance to mess with BPS knives? Scary sharp right out of the box. Give me that and my Old Hickory and I'm set to cook.
Thanks so very much for watching
