Very nice layout in the house. Love that kitchen. I seriously would fix up the garage. A little rockwall & a wood burning stove & I’m good. Thanks for the tour Lena!😊
Wow so many people and im sure more people the USA has to take care of...this house should sell fast ! especially with ex military people in the area....everyone want property and they just love fixer uppers....
Sadly this house has many red flags, definitely not move in ready and you would need to convert at least one of the small bedrooms upstairs into a bathroom and probably need to fix heating too.
Seems like a deal for one or 2 people. Or if you ran a business out of it, like an insurance office or something, you would be the envy of many. The one bathroom is a bit tough to stand, even living alone, it is nice to have more than one. Oil can go way up and down in cost to buy, and leaky basements can be no trouble for years, and then all of a sudden be a crisis that nobody seems to know how to solve. So there are risks, but at $120k, wow. Some towns in the US, you get a mobile homes for that much which charges you lot rent. Bargain.
@@travis4118 yeah, cheap if you can do it yourself. I wouldn't even guess at a contractor price, unlikely it's just that room on the second floor. But then again it could be water stains along the rafters, maybe that's why the roofing was replaced. Can't tell from just a video.
I could certainly live in this house, and I think it has a very nice basement with super storage and workshop potential!! Thanks for sharing!

Are the sellers going to give a discount off price so all the wallpaper can be remove?
😄😄😄 No joke !
I'm the odd one I guess, I like the wallpaper. I'm considered old school it seems. Nice presentation.
Nice place. Thanks
Looks like those "kids room" ceilings had some wear --from water or something else? Any roof leaks?
Looks like a lack of proper ventilation and possibly under insulated.
@@one2112 good point--wonder how much that would run to fix a few thousand?

Very nice old home right in town
Still available
It has sold.
How large is the town?
Less than 2000 people. Very high taxes for such an ordinaryMaine town.
One Thousand square-foot house with too many walls… worth $80,000 as a future rental for $800 a month with heat
Flood zone?
