Step 1: Run Update Troubleshooter.
Go to start Menu, Click on Setting, Click on System | Click on Troubleshooter, click on other troubleshooters, and Click on the Run option on Windows Update.
Step 2: Restart Windows Update & Background intelligent transfer service.

Type service in the Windows search Box, now find Windows updates in the list, double click on the Windows updates option, Click on Startup type and select Set to Automatic, click on Apply, click on Start if Highlighted and then click on OK.
Click on restart on the top left corner.
Find Background intelligent transfer services, double click on Background intelligent service and then select Automatic, click on Apply, click on Start if Highlighted, and then click on OK.
Click on restart on the top left corner.
