ShaddowWolf plastic promises is my favorite song off cinematics but it still has a heavy bass line. the jazz influence has been in them for the longest time but comparing the heavy amount in a song like diamond girl and the kind of medium one in plastic promises is such a huge difference. but you can't tell me the hauntings bass drop is not one of (if not the) high point of the duality album

A great thing about set it off; I've always liked their music. When I was in my emo phase I listened to their music 24/7. And now I'm liking pop a little more and they changed with the time too and I honestly love it. Keep it up!

You have every right to not be a fan of this type of sound, but just know that it isn't necessarily "new," they're just going back to their roots :))

i like the change of songs in this album from breakup songs to Happy songs granted there is Hypnotized which is a breakup song...(if that's what you want to call it), but most of the songs are pretty motivational (Tug of War and Want [to me] are breakup songs also)

I'm probably the only one but I've listened to pretty much SET It Off everything. I've loved everything whether it's Baby You Don't Know Traphajada or Upside Down. And yes Cinematics is what made them popular but they want to go their own direction. They are not going to stay In the Cinematics era forever. I personally feel like Duality was the perfect album to show this movement and Upside Down is brilliant. You can tell they love it by looking at their RUclips channel and even just hear the enthusiasm in his voice. And for people saying that Set It Off should go back to their roots, their first EP, Calm Before The Storm was pip so they are going back to their roots
