Right now I only have a slim sharpie , 4 supper thin washie tapes , scissors, glue stick, and a 5”X6” pack of 20 scrapbooking paper. I’m getting a 25 color pack of acrylic paint pens in the mail tomorrow! So excited!
Hi! I just stumbled to ur page. I’ve been LOVING planning & scrapbooks and I’ve neverrrrrr found any “friends” who were into it, so I kinda just do it myself in my own time. But now I’m so happy to have found ur channel. You have great tips & ideas & im so happy I found you! I’m kind of a ‘newbie’ to this intense of planning (usually just do writing in planners etc) but I’ve always wanted to get into this sort of planning. Def binge watching ur videos 😂🤷🏻♀️❤️

I'm a strictly functional planner. I don't decorate my planner. It just doesn't work for me. I do however believe that absolutely everybody needs a creative outlet so I'm all for 'pretty planning' for those who it works for. They look great! But what I do do is, I keep a colouring page in my planner. I colour in during meetings. It makes them go so much faster! Because 😴. People thought I was weird when I started doing it, but it actually helps me listen and concentrate better. and it helps brighten up my very boring planner
I am loving my Mini Happy Planner. It fits in my bag better than the large ones. Nice video.
Post it and sticky note pretty planning before things happen or get canceled was a 🤯 for me.. I hate when I have messy, scribbled, marked up planner. Thank you!!!!

I've watched this twice now. Had to make a list for myself for my next trip to Micheals to get the things I'm missing. I love planning in my new Happy Planner. I've been planning in a Franklin Covey for years now but this is just so much more fun. I am now following you here as well as on Instagram and am binge watching your videos. Glad I have a few days off right now.
I love this kind of information. How do you "plan" for increasing your life direction, or making changes for a more proactive lifestyle. An example might be using a project dashboard that moves in time as you plan daily/weekly/monthly.

Hi’ awesome video. I’m a newbie. I’m actually going Sunday to get a planner and few sticker books. I wanted to know does the paper mate pens (colorful ones) bleed through the pages? Or do I have to use them on stickers?
Love these ideas... I'm new to planning (using an actual planner) :-) I'm hoping this year 2019, using a planner will keep me motivated in planning and sticking with it. I usually start the year off good and by summer... I'm soooo unorganized! :/ Thanks again for the video...

That is so cool that your Grandmas into colouring! I never really had a Grandma so, I had one that stepped into the role but - you know not the same.. Plus her in a hubby are well and truly gone from this planet now as they would’ve always been much older grandparents. But I think that’s so cool - by the way your colouring looks awesome my darling! You’re so creative - job well done! PS: you’re lucky you’re in the states as I’m gonna go to the M&MBI’S website which have already been - but I’m going to go back and finish my order, but I pretty much need to do one very big order to make the postage worthwhile as I live in Australia and we don’t really have much available in terms of planner supplies - well apart from pens. LOL look we might but I’m chronically ill and can’t really go out shopping - but online the shops don’t really have anything in Oz 🧚🏻♀️🦋🌈🇦🇺🌞

I am having trouble with ink smearing on the stickers that are meant to be written in. I wrote one recently with a black Sharpie pen (not marker) and let it sit for at least an hour and it smeared. I then erased most of it with a white eraser! Do I need to use a ball point? Do the Flair pens work better on them? What to do?
I just started planning, (2 weeks ago) and I want to buy that same pen. Can you please tell me which is it?

I have the big happy planner on the expander rings. I just skipped two holes and it turns just fine.
OMG! I wanted that planner but my Michaels sold out! And I have been eyeing the Tombow brush pens but I'm saving up for them! I am crossing my fingers and toes! LOL!

Happy planner just needs to come out with delux discs that don't look so wonky and fisher price. If they came purchasable a la carte and were more quality: metal, enameled, glitter, etc it would be awesome. I love the planner itself but the discs just look so ugly and cheap. We need some delux ones to make it look classy especially when you use the snap cover and binder cover (the thing that makes it look like Kiki k)- it would look much more complimentary!
Rebecca Suraci agreed!!! I've liked a lot of the different designs they've put out over the years but can never convince myself to buy one because of those ugly ass discs lol
Ciara T I agree!! Have you seen the new metal discs? I had to buy them separately, but well worth it. 😊

I just bought one from Amazon about 6weeks ago. My problem is.....I'm an mt nest mom & new Gmom (Yay!). BUT .....my schedule isn't that biz to use all thee pages. And you're right, my first two spreads were awful. But, I am an experienced scrapper & cardmaker~so there is hope!
I've though of journaling, O something for the weekly pages or a combo of both. Just got one off those new instant camera (with points) so, I'm using some pics from there. I've also printed out stickers on Avery sticker paper. If you have ideas please. Let me know. I'm lost at what to do with the other sheets. But don't want to waste them. Thank you!
Try word of the day or a fave quote or something special in the daily section. If I knew what kind of planner you had. I would be able to help out even more. Good luck and i hope this helps.

Great video. Maybe cause I have most of what you have lol. I chose the color me planner cause I didnt like the other choices Michaels had in stock, chose same snap cover, have same washi, I got the budget insert too tho so quickly ran out of ring space had got the expanders, have the stickies, and a couple sticker books. I LOVE your tip on cutting washi with a card...thank you

The issue I am having with my happy planner is that I am not a colorful person. I am not using the yellows and pinks and bright colors in the sticker packs. I am going to end up wasting my money. I wish they would make some color-coded sticker packs.

They have color coded sticker packs. Rainbow pack and there’s one blue pack that makes it easy and keeps a color scheme on each page
Question... Do you actually carry your planner with you everywhere? I'm asking cuz I think it would fall apart due to the disks.. Please let me know... Thank you...

Sebastian Sean Crow it’s not heavy breaths. It’s a transition I use to use on my videos, and it just makes that noise. I don’t use it anymore though.
