Can't wait to see how the skates turn out. Also something else to note about dye, you can go from a light color like that pink to something darker, but if you want to go from black to something lighter, dye won't work for that either.
you can dye the shells, but you have to use very hot water, near boiling, and keep the pot on the stove so it stays near boiling for the whole hour. You also can only dye the plastic/urethane with a darker shade/color than it is currently, so your already black shells cannot be dyed a medium gray. Ideally you use white shells, which the twister xt does not come in, unfortunately. I'm waiting for my Twister to show up, I hopethey work for me.
