I am never speaking to my family again. Re: all the adults in my life molested me between the ages of 4 and 9. I did not grow up in a family, I escaped from and incest ring. A righteous or sinful response to an injustice. Lord Jesus forgive and extend mercy to my mother, my father and my maternal grandparents, through Christ Our Lord Amen.

Fred as long as you keep sincerely praying for your family and laying them at the feet of Christ, you are loving them and showing forgiveness toward them. Sometimes it is best to love from a distance. Lay every sin and every bad memory at the feet of Christ. Ask Christ to wash them away in His Blood and replace them with the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. This really helps me. God Bless! ❤❤❤

"Anger is just anger. It isn't good. It isn't bad. It just is. What you do with it is what matters. It's like anything else. You can use it to build or to destroy. You just have to make the choice."
"Constructive anger," the demon said, her voice dripping sarcasm.
"Also known as passion," I said quietly. "Passion has overthrown tyrants and freed prisoners and slaves. Passion has brought justice where there was savagery. Passion has created freedom where there was nothing but fear. Passion has helped souls rise from the ashes of their horrible lives and build something better, stronger, more beautiful."

Why is every act of retaliation automatically considered to be “vengeance” and not simply “justice?” We should be entitled to justice.

What a thing for Fred Celia to forgive and yet he forgave. I hv learned forgiveness is an act not an emotion. I told God l hated a person who l wished to forgive. I cd not stop hating her and I told God l cd not stop hating but l wd say hello to her next time we met.

    • @napoleon9616a

Ps when l said my hello our relationship exploded into a genuine joyful God-given affection. We always met lovingly after that and when she died a year later l wept all through her funeral. God made our relationship by taking my cold resolution and transforming it. Thank You dear Lord.

I do not trust myself to have anger that is righteous. Not at all. Most people I see who are angry look like Teresa flipping a table on the Real Housewives of New Jersey.

when your angry don't do anything stupid instead go to the gym and practice diet/discipline for at least 6 months, its brutal sad and hard at first but you will get used to it month after month. Then your mind will change and reason will consume you instead of that appetite for bodily pleasures.

    • @lawrencekeenan9234
      @lawrencekeenan9234 4 года назад

How about going to Church instead? Maybe Adoration and Confession. The gym , please keep that nonsense to yourself. JESUS isn’t waiting for you at the gym.

  • @elijah7k

I guess if people are angry at God and I am not saying that they are right to be angry at God... it's because HE allows it to happens not because He cause it. Sin or someone's else sins caused the injustice and the sin.
God cannot interfere with free will so He allows it.
And I am not here arguing that the priest is wrong I agree with him that is why it is good to Confession often and confess if we are angry with God but understanding why some people get angry at God could also help the priest understand where the person anger might come from.
I think that many priests NEED to understand where the people going to confess are coming from.
The sinners need to be guided not condemned by the priests, many priests fail to hear what people are really saying and where they are coming from.
SO YES PRIESTS NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR LISTENING SKILLS.

+elijah7k God allows many things to happen that are evil in our eyes, but like in Genesis where God created the universe from the void, ie 'nothing', so too does he allow evil (nothing) in our lives (to start with, original sin) so He too can build us up from nothing. Our rejection of God requires this process, will we allow evil in our lives to harden our hearts or will we too use the void to inspire us to draw closer to God and make something of ourselves.
