I also love how these stupid people are all like, we took his guns away, how did this happen. Like they actually believed taking his guns away would cure him of his crazy.
The Sheriff is deflecting. He is ultimately responsible for crimes and gun control in his county. By saying *_'we took his guns from him yet he still found a way'_* he is actually saying that *_'we're not competent and we've failed to prevent this particular crime even though we knew he was a threat and had access to firearms, but hey, at least we took the guns he had at the moment.'_* That's just deflecting fault and responsibility onto others. The increase in guns as a whole is the problem. The more legal guns enter the market, the more criminals are encouraged and incentivized to steal said guns. Therefore more legally owned guns are finding their way onto the streets to commit illegal acts. Simple math. Those guns don't fail to shoot people simply because they're stolen; they're guns no matter what and they can hurt good people as well as bad whether they're legal or illegal. The prevalence of guns means the pro-gun and pro-police culture are figuratively shooting themselves in the foot with their own policies and then throwing their hands up in disbelief claiming *_'who knew?'_* I agree with The Second Amendment, in spirit. However the *_mere existence of regulation does not violate it._* You're not legally allowed to own fully-automatic rifles in some states, you're not allowed to have landmines or flak guns in other states, nor tomahawk missile systems. Hell, you're not allowed to possess a stolen gun - that's a regulation in and of itself. None of these laws are in dispute. In fact, The Second Amendment itself is a regulation, and even includes that very term in the wording. *_Fewer legally-made guns = fewer illegally-obtained guns._* Simple math. Everything is _always_ equal to itself. You can fight that concept all you want, but you're fooling yourself and doing a disservice to the truth.
How did anyone ever get a firearm when a judge said no? next thing this sheriff is going to explain how it is unfathomable for anyone to ever enter a gun free zone, aka fish in a barrel zone, with a firearm.

Maybe, just maybe he had some you didn’t know about. Like millions of Americans. Do you think good legal citizens gave you all their guns info. What a joke.
Gee, how could a screwball kid get a gun? 🤔🤔🤔
Yeah, because you "asked" for this repeat violent offenders weapons, you assumed he gave them all to you ? Do you realize how naive you sound ? Remaining obtuse about the effectiveness of weapon seizures laws makes you appear even MORE incompetent of a LEO, if that's possible.
I am in a similiar situation as these parents. Scary
Try to show them you love them. And know when you cant help anymore. Some people need a trip through a system to smarten up.

Leave!
he most likely bought it from an individual person . lol how else or stole it .
Are you seriously wondering how he got a gun? This is a society flooded with guns.
You mean to tell me red flag laws and taking his evil guns away didn't work? You don't say... my question is why wasn't this animal put behind bars before it lashed out? I also love how these stupid people are all like, we took his guns away, how did this happen. Like they actually believed taking his guns away would cure him of his crazy.
joe bidons friend
Once again a judge let's a dangerous person free. Judges need to be held responsible
The prevalence of guns means the pro-gun and pro-police culture are figuratively shooting themselves in the foot with their own policies and then throwing their hands up in disbelief claiming *_'who knew?'_*
I agree with The Second Amendment, in spirit.
So cop shot by another cop in crossfire.
Maybe we shouldn’t make guns so easy to get. SMH
How did he get a hold of a gun?! Does he know what country he's living in?!
With a lot more guns than people it isn't hard to find a gun here! 🙄
These idiots acting like they dont understand how he got a gun is insulting. Everyone knows how he got a gun. he went out and bought it. Do they they think its hard or something?
Thought that was joe dirt in the thumbnail
Still murdered them? Well, this is awkward!
The Sheriff's department tried , did their job . We all know that guns are available illegally besides what was taken .
And they're available legally if he just got it from his mom and dad's nightstand
I guess they won’t be going there for anymore disturbances.
It's estimated that there is anywhere between 380 million to about a half BILLION guns floating around in America. Do I really need to say more on how the guy got a hold of a gun to commit this heinous act? Do I?
You can try but you'll probably get nowhere with the "good guy with a gun beats bad guy with a gun" crowd.
@@wheressteve and yet that’s still true.
@@cakesaregood5176 not this time.

You can literally just go outside in any state in the US, and buy a gun from anyone on the corner. Not hard at all.
Usual family annihilating suspects
The mental health crisis in this country is disturbing.
as is the lack of gun control
You can get a gun anytime you want one in this crazy ass country. That question sounded like satire.
yup,it's like saying "i took my kids vape away but they're still vaping...how?"
uhhh....same as before?
friends, strangers, illegal shop sales, etc.
Makaka pusti!!!!
2A America!!! Give him his guns back so he can defend himself in prison!! 🤣😂🤦♂️
Just goes to show how easy it is to get guns.
Just shows that "Gun Control" never works.
Will we ever get sick and tired of saying thoughts and prayers. Just call it what it is. Gun violence is the cost we willinging pay for the 2nd amendment. We will never learn.
Out of the hospital after being deadly injured?!his 👻 roams the corridors of that hospital to this day!
Really asking stupid question chad. How do you think he got a firearm? They are easy to get dude!
You got to be kidding me. How did he get a gun 😅 ? I could tell you many ways he could still have or get a gun.
If only he transitioned on time...
My buddy moved to Florida and decided to buy a gun to keep in his house for protection. I was floored when he said he just went on line , contacted someone, and they just showed up to his house, opened their trunk, and sold him something right there. And apparently it was totally legal, this was before they lightened up even more on restrictions.
We bought guns at guns shows, no id no nothing, money will always talk and bullshit will always walk… Such is life kids…
I call bullshit on this being legal. Search Florida gun laws.
