- Squier Classic Vibe 50s Strat into Magicstomp with Charlie Hall's EFTP into PodXT Pro.
Original track from The Shadows 1961 album with Hank Marvin's lead guitar phased out. Also the track was sharpened slightly to get closer to concert pitch.

Bloody amazing mate, Hank Marvin leave this body, I never heard any one play it as well as this and that sound is awesome.

That's a great cover version I play the bass a little and played along with you you're more of an expert on the guitar scales. The only scales I was good at through the pandemic is making my bathroom scales go upwards. Thanks Mark

Wow Lee you've perfected the HM sound to a tee. A great version. Without C Hall's EFTP patches I just cant duplicate the sound accurately. Guess I 'll have to manage with reverb and delay. Well played.

I finally got my Strat for my 40th a few years ago,,, I'm still playing the same stuff as at school though,,, keep meaning to play more. Anyway back to Marple and the wine.

Hi Christian. The guy who had the strat before me said he just changed the standard pickguard for a pearloid one. The pickups are standard. I would be quite happy to swap this one for one of your Fenders ;-)

Pretty good cover, I have also this guitar just need to lower the bridge a fraction but I have other Squier guitars and find them really light and good to play..

Hello...what do you mean with " lead guitar phased out " do you mean if pickup out of phase and its true,,please me tell me which one..bridge and midle or midle and neck...best regards from Slovenija. I have a original strat Squier CV 60 but my sound is not nearly the same as hank marvin typical strat sound..can anyone say why. I have eftp on zoom g3 and Stellphone Pioneer tube amplifie..string NY D,ADDARIO 11-52...thanx for your helps.

Great sound ! Your Squier puts a lot of expensive Fenders in its pocket in terms of sound :) What strings did you use on that one?
