If a person gets convicted as citizen then the people will not see you in civil law on paper but we need to be in common law court for people to see you ,it's my thoughts I could be wrong but it's what I see

It used to be mandatory until 1861. Then, in 1938, in Thompson v Erie railroad, they eliminated common law procedure, thus making the usage of common law very difficult.

After listening to just a portion of this presentation wouldn't it be safe to say that all of this court nonsense could be stopped if the following question were to be asked in open court. The question is this: Is the court operating under the presumption that I am one of the People or is the court operating under the presumption that I am a Citizen? That would clear up whether the court is basing decisions based on RIGHTS or based on PRIVILEGE.

"most of who they are dont understand" You need to outline it in paperwork, or speak it in open court, while reading it from your suite.. Never Ask Them to decide anything. That gives them Discretion.. once you give it to them by, Granting them permission to come up with the answer, or by acquiescing, not objecting... Your question is sound.. And this is the Very Crux of most of the cases you start.. Always make sure that it is explicitly stated, in your paper work, that you are one of the people "if you really are, are you? What if our opening words to the court were to be "I do not give consent to be moved into a statutory venyu. I am one of we the people and I reserve all my rights and yield none EVER. You (your honor) start off by asking me how do I plea? That's adjudication and that tells me you have knowing skipped jurisdiction and are now just looking for some error on my part to have joinder and strip me of my rights and pull me into a statutory court. Is this correct or is there a signed Delegation of Authority Order signed and properly filed as we speak as well as an injured party with a properly filed claim who is present here today who can face me? What would happen if someone was to say that right out the gate?

I think it would be in the best interest of the people if you could provide case precedent that summarizes this success.. Besides the Aboriginal Indians (who's sovereignty is legitimately recognized by the government). I have not seen a case using this method that did was not deemed as frivolous.

There are many theories that will win a case. Bill Thorton is one of the trump cards for a lot of cases but not all. It really Depends on what hat you are wearing like he states. Law and the Legal system are not one size fits all, there are proper proceedings and there is some theories that please a court rather than others. There are judges who understand the process and there are those who do not.
Karl Lentz has a very similar version that is much easier to understand.

I'm kinda lost here. if I'm writing a motion as a defendant in a criminal case / counter claim, challenging jurisdiction, making me now a plaintiff, hence as one of the people of the state "sovereign". Should my motion say they do not have jurisdiction to support driving under sus lic. because i was traveling not driving, therefore the kidnapping of my person And then subject to cruel and unusual punishment, "jailed" was illegal? I mean I'm real close to flawless i think. I understand i need to file a motion to become a plaintiff aparty to the case, as one of the ppl of the state, "sovereign", now its my court. Therefore and ultimately I want all charges dismissed. But am or to i also have to sue for ( include my personal damages and what i want for that)?

Know that the agents that staff e courts at the levels of traffic and vehicular conduct (so to speak) are mostly, if not completely ignorant of common kae motions and procedures. Don't get upset or angry because of their usual methods of conduct. It had been the lcal practice for decades. To your point.... All though in substance, (if you included everything in you motion) the counterclaim motion when filed with your existing suit against you, under same docket number is, in theory, sufficient. How ever, it us never treated as such. You just said allot and i will go over it again and again until I'm fully confident. My attitude it's good and I'm always friendly, was gonna ask the judge if she needed a hug just to see the reaction. Idk bout that. Please acknowledge i have already lost 8 years of my adult life for 1 dui only. In and out of jail and on probation. $ fines and cost, but i was young and real dumb back then. I intend on being absolutely respectful and honorable. I live in Benjamin "Franklin County PA" they just put signs up outside the courthouse no cell phones the 1st pic January. I am very aware of the entity and deeply masonic ppl am dealing. The judge wears the robe because she is morning the death of justice and she'll do here best to make sure there is none. My date is the 19th and check this out, they give us papper that says call of the list for that day. It's sick. I've heard they have been trying to set up a Common Law court in Florida with no success. What can be done to stop those from stopping us from establishing a Common Law Court? Is there fear on there part as to how this will impact them? How will this effect attorney's? If we cannot get the Sheriff on board to support the Common Law Courts do we get the militia on board? Are these not the ‘unalienable rights endowed by our Creator’? My property (dog) had not violated any person’s life, liberty, or property. I immediately invoked various violations of Constitutional authority. The shelter told me they would give her back if I sign a document promising to spay and vaccinate her. I signed ‘under duress’, as they were technically holding my property hostage. I got my property and left. By what authority does Government assume It can force us to bow to Its will? Is not the Constitutional Authority formed by ‘We The People’? The very next day, I received a Failure to Comply and an Order to Show Cause from the Hobbs Municipal Clerk. The date for me to comply on the shelter ‘agreement’ was not for another 5 weeks. To what am I failing to comply? I
began researching my rights. I filed a Motion to Dismiss on Jurisdiction, as the Constitution only lists 2 jurisdictions for The People, Common Law or Admiralty/Maritime Law. I also gave brief reasons as to how the shelter was constitutionally wrong. From the Court, I received another failure to appear. I responded with a more condensed version of a Motion to Dismiss on Jurisdiction. When jurisdiction is in question by either party, proceedings are supposed to
stop until jurisdiction is established, are they not? But this went on at least twice more until finally I received a Motion denied with a Bench Warrant. I planned to go into court and handle it in person the next day. I am disabled and it takes me awhile to get anywhere. Before I was able to get to the front door the cops were threatening to break down the door. They put everyone in handcuffs, including my 15 year

Her judge was my original judge who had recused himself from my case. The judged who had summonsed me to court. An hour later, the new judge, Arthur, came on screen. He asked me if I understood the charges against me. I said no, sir, I do not. He told me that I first needed to plea. I told him that I could not plea until I understood the charges against me. He immediately began to enter pleas for me. I said ‘excuse me, is his Honor practicing law from the bench?’ The judge continued reading charges that now totaled 4, including resisting arrest, and was entering pleas on all of them. I loudly objected to each of them. He ignored my existence completely. He told me that I would meet my public defender tomorrow morning. I had not asked for one. I attempted to respond and he ended the monologue by turning off the
screen. I filed objections.

None of that is correct. Common law was reasonable in the early days of our republic because we had such a small population. As the population grew and the industrial revolution took hold, we needed more diverse laws than common law afforded.
There is no such thing as a common law jurisdiction. Types of laws- admiralty, civil, criminal, common, financial, etc- are used in venues, they are not jurisdictions.
Jurisdictions are geographical areas such as cities, states, counties, regions, districts, nations. If a crime or infraction occurs within a jurisdiction, that jurisdiction has the authority to cite you for it, bring you up on charges, try, and penalize you for the crime or infraction.
Common law also does not exist anywhere in the USA. It was long ago replaced by other types of law because it is too limited and primitive in its scope. Under common law, regulatory agencies could not exist, financial crimes would not exist, any laws regulating commerce could not exist, safety regulations could not exist. The people as a body politic could not bring up charges against corporations or governments because common law only addressed person to person harm. There are currently no common law crimes with which one can be charged, ergo there are no common law courts and no common law defenses that can be used in courts.
Bill Thornton is a con man who has had his ideas repudiated by courts on video. He is a bullshit artist. Follow his bullshit at your own peril. And consult an attorney when going to court. Bar certified attorneys are required by law to give factual legal advice, asshats like Bill Thornton can tell you whatever they want without consequence. I just got out of court with a jury trial. The first thing the judge did was to dismiss the constitution's authority by simply saying that he disagrees with my layman's interpretation and made me move on! I was not allowed to read the first 10 amendments of the Constitution in front of the jury, and I was not allowed to use any case president to solidify my case in front of the jury. Worst of all, the jury saw all the unconstitutional acts being executed to hinder my defense, and they still found me guilty of a charge that I am truly innocent of.
The officer charged me with resisting arrest after he tried to give me a ticket. The officer said that I refused to sign the ticket but that isn't true. When the officer tried to give me the ticket I asked him if he was familiar with common law, and he said that he was. When I finished with my common law speech, he looked at me for a few seconds and said "OK, have a nice day".
A couple of months later I received a notice from the sheriff's office saying that I have a warrant for my arrest. I left the scene after the cop said "have a nice day", but he lied in court and said that he told me to stay where I was, they even had a video of him doing nothing when I left.
To make a long story short a truly innocent man will be going to jail for 58 days at the end of the month. This was my first try at this in court, but I feel that I had a well rounded arsenal of questions, and court president to throw at them, but the judge just threw it all out as argumentative or irrelevant, so I wasn't left with much to defend myself with, my word against a lairs word and the jury went with the liar.
I exercised all the pertinent points that Bill Thornton makes here and on other videos, plus I got plenty of other strategies from other people to use as well, all of which were dismissed by the judge and questions left unanswered. The jury was not permitted to know that I was found innocent of both traffic violations that were originally tied to the resisting arrest charge. The judge violated my 7th amendment rights by separating the resisting arrest charge from the traffic violations which were originally supposed to be under the juries authority as well.
I was very surprised that the judge found me innocent of the traffic violation charges, I was even more surprised that the jury found me guilty of the resisting arrest charge, even without all the information that was not permitted to hear. I pretty much got shafted big time!
Clearly I don't tell the truth as well as the CHP officer can tell lies. Really, it all came down to who the jury believed more, and unfortunately the people still believe that the police are telling the truth all the time, and that there is still justice in the courts. I accept that most of the people are still lost in their delusion of freedom and choose to remain slaves to their ignorance, unfortunately I'm paying the price this time, just for waking up and speaking the truth.

I used every trick that these people provide that applied to my situation, but a jury believed a Cops lie and convicted me with no real evidence.
There can be no real evidence against me because I'm innocent of the charges regardless of any laws, or my legal status.
This was my first time defending myself in court, and I am terrified of public speaking, so I probably could have done a better job. However, the judge found me innocent of the bogus traffic infractions, because I was innocent of all the charges.
The worst thing the judge did was to separate the charges so the jury would only hear the resisting arrest charge, nothing else was allowed. This was a clear violation of my 7th amendment rights, which I did reserve as a Sovereign man. All I could do was object to the judge's decision and move on.
By separating the charges, the judge effectively tied my hands behind my back, turning my strong defence into a my word against his scenario.
I needed the jury to hear the entire story, they were not even allowed to know that I was found innocent of the infractions which were the reason behind the bogus resisting arrest charge.
It was the jury that falsely convicted me. This tells me that the majority of people still believe that the Government is trustworthy and looking out for our best interest.
I haven't given up, I'm new at this and I have a disability when it comes to public speaking, but I'm not finished by a long shot! I will appeal this of course, and we'll see what happens from there.
When I go to jail, I will be falsely imprisoned, so maybe I can get some money for my injuries, who knows?
The legal system is pretty messed up, it will be very hard to get anything out of them without help from someone much more knowledgable than I, but we'll see what happens.

put everything in writting say nothing and dont use the consitution it not for you it not common law and u can still file notices i would do that and before i enter the court room i write on paper i a man at court without title,... than pass a paper to man acting as judge do you have authority over i a man and you can also write letter asking for foregiveness but dont stop keep going but dont talk and dont use ther language ever
