@@keszelll LeClerc lost in Saudi. And he won the other two from pole (aside from Australia and Spa). 4 wins with 15 poles looks terrible and proves the OP's point. I am struggling to see your point.
Mer and RB operate at such a high level that they are the only teams that can beat each other, we've seen a lot of upper midfield teams that always drop the ball strategically when they are put under pressure (Fer, Alp, Mcl). Just makes you realise what a close year last year was two drivers and two teams just maximising results (one driver and team more than the other)
Im also a huge Ferrari fan, and this year i was almost certain we were going to win the champ... fast car, fast pilot, a consistent number 2 and momentum on our side... turns out that the car is not so fast, our number 2 ia struggling to get in the zone and the mometum is now lost... its RB year and they deserve it. RB habe learned a lot last year while fighting the Mercs, and that work and effort is still giving its fruits this season. Ferrari needs to focus on stability and purpose, get united and learn like RB did. Max is a champion and Perez the best wing man ever.
i see these comments all the time, it reminds me of fotball when your team wins 1-2games and suddenly you become over confident and biased, i never saw ferrarri being able to compete, that does not obviously mean they are "bad" but they just dont have the stratgetic personel like those at mercs and redbull to be able to consistently make the right choices and it shows. and reliability issues was bound to happen due to this aswell. its still 5 or so races left before we can decide who will most likley win, thats the beauty of sport, we are now in an era where mercs dont have the best car by far and cant just cruise to victory and it seems to be a 3way even 4way looking at alpines recent pase aswell. its a good season for sure.
He won those races because the RB was simply faster in the races and better on the tyres. Three times RB finished 1-2 in the last 5 races plus Checo win in Monaco. It's like Mercedes 2019. Ironically, Charles also had the most poles in 2019.
The DNF’s of Redbull don’t have the same impact as the ones of Ferrari. They were mostly minor issues with the biggest loss being the championship points. Max didn’t even lose a win because of them, but did lose two second places. They don’t have to replace engines or other components as quickly as Ferrari and therefore will have less grid penalties. Leclerc has to take a 10 place grid penalty this race and might even start at the back of the grid. That is very early in the season, not to mention the huge financial cost it will have on Ferrari. Replacing all those expensive components and especially the engines will dip in on their budget. And now the porpoising will also play a role, maybe to the point that Ferrari needs to change their setup. While Red Bull doesn’t seem to have to change much and can sustain their comfortable lead. Obviously as always it is a long season and anything can happen. But as it stands Red Bull are the ones that will take the constructors championship. With a lead of 80 points now on Ferrari that will be hard to beat. The title for the driver championship is a bit more uncertain, given that Max could have DNF’s or other reasons why he would not finish races.
Sport is attractive, because the outcome is always unpredictable. We can talk days about if this years championship will go to Charles or Max, it doesn't matter what we think or feel. Who wins the championship is at the end a matter of faith. If Max suffers 2 more dnf's in the next races, and Charles will win these races, the whole situation will be the other way around again. Max had bad luck 2 times this year, Charles has had also bad luck 2 times (and now three with the upcoming gridpenalty) and the coin may flip several times more this season. Let's celebrate and enjoy we have these two exceptional talents battling it out at the front together, in relatively equal racing material, and let's hope for many more spectaculair race actions between them. May the best one win, in full respect to each other.
I think what is the big difference for me is if either RB has a chance at win and engine doesn't decides to die, most likely either Max or Perez have won. But in the case of Leclerc and Sainz it's strategy, reliability and tyres against them. Also Sainz had DNFs for errors not related to reliability which is also playing huge part
Yup everyone said Merc and especially RB would drop of. RB would be 4th Merc 3rd. And Mcl and Ferrari fighting top 2. They were like RB couldn't produce a good car for this year since they were upgrading last year's car till the end.
Atleast if we lose the championship that its to max (hopefully). I think he's by far the most entertaining driver to watch on the grid and i cant really complain if he wins the championship again
Once Fernando said "the championship is decided between July and August" and it was to Charles he said that... Max is going away with the title thanks Ferrari for fuckin' up
After the first few races this season Max himself proved you can recover when you are trailing some 50 points. No reason it couldn't turn around again. Although as a driver, Max has been more consistent, more a killer, than Charles I think.
I wouldn’t say it’s HIS championship yet, but it is his championship to lose. If that makes sense. I don’t expect him to make any costly mistakes but as long as he doesn’t and RB don’t have any more reliability issues then that double championship is looking real nice for them
@@delishdida Silly superstition doesn't change the fact they are equal on DNFs. For a balanced competition you'd rather hope that neither will DNF anymore.
While I am admittedly more of a fan of Red Bull Racing than Ferrari (although I do say that Charles Leclarc and Carlos Sainz are amazing racers for sure) Ferrari’s reliability issues has been heartbreaking to witness. I honestly love seeing competitions go down to the wire, so I do genuinely hope Ferrari can iron out their issues so Leclarc and Sainz can give Verstappen and Perez a run for their money. No matter what team you personally gravitate toward, I think most of us can say that F1 is at it’s best when multiple racers have a shot to the top. Good luck to Ferrari in the Canadian GP.
It all depends when you started your f1 journey. For me it was mid 90s when 2 times champion Michael Schumacher landed there in 1996. You bet im still a Ferrari fan.
It's a long season with many races left, but for sure it's shaping up to be a Red Bull/Max victory for the two championships. Their car has consistently displayed stronger race pace, and as it stands, they're in a better place in terms of used components/future penalties. Reliability is something you can only properly assess at the end of a season, but as things stand, Ferrari do not seem to be on top of any problems they're experiencing with their engine. Red Bull did have some technical problems, but they seemed to be fairly simple fixes, and not indicative of a more systemic issue. Ferrari also seem to be making strategy mistakes, which they can't afford to do. Red Bull haven't had any huge strategy blunders so far. Finally, Red Bull has the more consistent #2 this season. Carlos was great last season, but his 2022 season has been a nightmare. Sergio isn't always up there with Max, but he rarely makes mistakes and is consistently finishing and even winning races. The championship could swing very rapidly, just as it did in 2021, but as things stand, Red Bull looks to have the better car, better drivers and better team as a whole.
Let's be real, Max had half a chance against a litteral rocketship last year, atleast in the second half of the season, and he made it count. Questionable decision in Abu Dhabi set aside. He wasn't going to lose a championship against the masters of bottling it.
Max is like watching Messi and CR7 i one person, he doesnt have any competition now in f1, best car, best skills, fact that he's started as 17yo kid and now he's 24yo champion, nah, cant compare him to anyone, he spent more time in racing(f1, karting and those things) than some of these drivers that are much much older than him.
Just a dream -> Summer break ends and Ferrari fixed it Charles grab multiple wins in a row maybe 9 (you know why) and grabs the title in the most dominant fashion ever
About two months ago, everyone was saying Ferrari is running away with this season. I was saying that 2 DNFs and good races for Red Bull, and it's flipped. I was proved right. We're not even halfway through a very long season. A lot can still happen. Ferrari can be back.
We all want to see checo win the championship but it’ll never happen cuz max is kinda like their « first driver » and Checo their « second driver. Checo will only win races if max can’t.
@@nictenic7641 Not only that, but Max is also the future, Checo just isn't. Besides, the quali this weekend showed quite clearly why Max is the first driver, he is the rainmaster.
I love how people think there is still hope. Let me show you what i mean: VER has won 6 out of the first 9 races VER has finished on the podium every race he finished (and would have finished on the podium in BAH+ AUS) => 7(9)/9 podiums LEC last won in AUS (R3/9) LEC last podium in USA (R5/9) RB enjoy a 76 pt lead in CC VER enjoys a 46 pt lead over PER (P2) VER is 49 pts ahead of LEC (P3) And, most importantly: I think Charles could definitely pull off a comeback, if he was in any team other than Ferrari. Clueless Strategists, an inconsistent car, possibly affected by new porpoising regulations, Sainz can´t match top 2 pace while Perez can, poor reliability (although RB also has problems), lack of clear leadership (Horner >>>>>>>>> Binotto although i hate Horner). It´s a shame but Ferrari is... well Ferrari is Ferrari.
Lol did you hear Max on Jonesy and Amanda though? He was pretty great. Also, you should totally get the new Lego Ferrari Daytona SP3 lol, it'd look rad for your set
It’s all good. I think everyone had Ferrari being better than we’ve seen over the last couple races. I was really hoping for a better fight at the front. I think the new regs are going to hurt Ferrari until after the summer break. But at that point I feel it will be too late.
Although the season is still 14 races long, alongside 2 sprints and with around the same amount of points like at round 9/22 last year (Austria 2021, gap was 32 points in favor of Verstappen instead of the 34 he has now), I think that Ferrari now don't are on the same level like Mercedes last year to bounce back. Especially now Ferrari has some major issues, with Leclerc even getting grid penalties, it's at the wrong timing and it'll get hard for them to come on top of Verstappen, who now can more focus on pole more and cruise to victory than focus on a title rival. Red Bull can still have difficulties with some tracks like Singapore or Japan where Ferrari could be strong but at that time the gap would be double the amount than now and it really seems like their reliability issues are over. I really hope too that Sainz can step up to challenge Perez to at least have a close constructors championship this season but I don't see that happening as well. Really fun season, nobody expected this after the Australian GP.
Even though I'm a Max, Checo, and Red Bull fan, it sucks to see Ferrari struggling. The championship fight could be in 2021 levels between Max and Charles. Heck, even Checo and Carlos could duke it out
I'm rooting as well that Max Verstappen will defend his championship title. But i'm sure excited either for Perez, Sainz or Russell for that matter, or any other driver than Leclerc and Hamilton to win a race, get a podium, score point for their teams
Im a Max Verstappen fan, but i honestly feel bad for the Ferrari fans out there... Imagine this happening to Max, that'd suck. Or re living the 2018, 2019, 2020 years when he had the speed but couldnt really do much because of the car. I really like him to win a hard fought championship every other year. Welp, im not bored (yet)
And then people say they are terrible, because they don't support their drivers well enough. Gasly, Kvyat, Albon etc. Well, they aim for the best and that requires the best people.
If FIA does end up enforcing some sort of minimum ride height requirement, that would be the end for Ferrari and Mercedes who will see their trump card, downforce, become less effective, and therefore negatively affecting their overall pace more compared to Red Bull.
The FIA will just limit the amount of vertical G's exerted on drivers. If readings are too high they'll force them too raise the floor. This will lean towards RB even more cuz they got no more porpoising.
Atleast ferrari/leclerc fans will calm down now and not act like hes won the championship already, even though it sucks how its going. Leclerc is on the same character arc as Vettel was at Ferrari just a few championships less in the bag.
Overall Ferrari have a better car. Does it have porpoising? Yes. Is it faster then RB? Yes. We saw that in Spain, we saw it in Baku, we saw it in Canada we saw it in Monaco... The only thing is Leclerc didn't have luck with reliability/Ferrari tactics. And Canada considering how close Carlos was to Max, I am certain Leclerc would win that race. With all that said, I am 100% sure Ferrari can bounce back, but it is up to RB now to catch up and at least be same or nearly same speed as Ferrari is. If RB can do that they will win, if they cant then I stand by the Charles Leclerc Drivers champion and RB as Constructors champion since there is loads of races left and Charles needs to win at least 7 to catch back to Max that is worst case scenario.

i see these comments all the time, it reminds me of fotball when your team wins 1-2games and suddenly you become over confident and biased, i never saw ferrarri being able to compete, that does not obviously mean they are "bad" but they just dont have the stratgetic personel like those at mercs and redbull to be able to consistently make the right choices and it shows. and reliability issues was bound to happen due to this aswell. its still 5 or so races left before we can decide who will most likley win, thats the beauty of sport, we are now in an era where mercs dont have the best car by far and cant just cruise to victory and it seems to be a 3way even 4way looking at alpines recent pase aswell. its a good season for sure.
Max has won 5/8 races and isn’t even that comfortable with the car. If RB tune it to his liking everyone else is in serious danger.
He won those races because the RB was simply faster in the races and better on the tyres. Three times RB finished 1-2 in the last 5 races plus Checo win in Monaco. It's like Mercedes 2019. Ironically, Charles also had the most poles in 2019.
EYA 3 video’s in 4 days mate your doing bitsssss!
Thank you bro!
Ah! the reverse jinx method😂
Love your videos!
Nicholas Latifi for driver of the day, everyone vote for him!!💙
Only if he does his usual and goes into the wall. Mr. Consistent
@@theItalianshamrock agree 😂
I will vote for him if he goes full Goatifi mode and takes Stroll out with him

Like gambling really
This season proved to me that RedBull are the best team there Better than every other team IMO
It's so crazy how leclerc has won 2 races and still is doing really well in the championship
Checo has only won one and it only 21pts behind. That's a semi large margin forsure, but still incredible.
Watching this 2 months later💀From 34 points gap to 80..
I hated it when everyone said REDBULL WILL DROP OFF i mean EVERY SINGLE RUclipsR SAID THAT
Yup everyone said Merc and especially RB would drop of. RB would be 4th Merc 3rd. And Mcl and Ferrari fighting top 2. They were like RB couldn't produce a good car for this year since they were upgrading last year's car till the end.
ay they cant see into the future
Yes, it was a common prediction in most F1 channels... Sam doesn't need to carry that burden alone.
I knew Redbull would have been right where they are!! The have Adrian!!! And with Honda still being on board, I just knew it. 🍿🤙🏼
It'd take some ridiculous 2003/2013 tyre rule change/clarification to swing things now.
They’re starting to monitor porpoising from Silverstone I think. I’d seen it mentioned somewhere.
Atleast if we lose the championship that its to max (hopefully). I think he's by far the most entertaining driver to watch on the grid and i cant really complain if he wins the championship again
Once Fernando said "the championship is decided between July and August" and it was to Charles he said that...
Max is going away with the title thanks Ferrari for fuckin' up
thanks for the 90 second long outro. just what this channels needed!
The whole thing really when from "Ferrari's gonna win this season!" to Ferrari fans being on the verge of death from what has been happening
typical Ferrari. They need a Schumacher and Todt to succeed again.
I don’t expect him to make any costly mistakes but as long as he doesn’t and RB don’t have any more reliability issues then that double championship is looking real nice for them
MAX MAX MAX SUPER MAX MAX SUPER SUPER MAX MAX MAX SUPER MAX MAX
Hey thanks for the 3 fast uploads.
Guys I am new here , how strong is his jinxing game??
Sometimes very strong 😬
Yes.
@@MadeByPerspective you better make a Charles version of this to balance things out, so we have a fair championship
You saw the intro. He jinxed Charles at the start. Now trying to get max
Red Bull were much faster than Mercedes last year
@@agent6599 you are joking, right🤣
Credit to Red Bull for seemingly managing the porpoising well. I think the FIA's new directives on porpoising really benefit the Bulls.
Charles doesn’t say anything because he knows if they change things his championship hope is gone. And he was right
It would take a Miracle for Ferrari to fight for any championship at this point
That Oakland Raiders cap is a bold choice.
I won't believe it's over until Latifi crash at a title deciding race.
Cool video, btw what's the title of the song in your intro?
Max is like watching Messi and CR7 i one person, he doesnt have any competition now in f1, best car, best skills, fact that he's started as 17yo kid and now he's 24yo champion, nah, cant compare him to anyone, he spent more time in racing(f1, karting and those things) than some of these drivers that are much much older than him.
Next video should be about 2023 driver market . Available seats will be aston , McLaren , Haas , tauri
Just a dream -> Summer break ends and Ferrari fixed it Charles grab multiple wins in a row maybe 9 (you know why) and grabs the title in the most dominant fashion ever
Impossible.
Thank you for wearing the hat, much appreciated.
Can I ask you about your color grading of your face cam here? I am trying to master this specific look.
About two months ago, everyone was saying Ferrari is running away with this season.
I was saying that 2 DNFs and good races for Red Bull, and it's flipped. I was proved right.
We're not even halfway through a very long season. A lot can still happen. Ferrari can be back.
Its sad this season is already over championship wise...its a rly good season, but leclerc has no luck
Being a Ferrari fan is like banging your head against a wall. Have your expectations rested on Ferrari's heritage and you just get disappointed.
20 years ago was a good time to be a Ferrari fan
surprise surprise, who sacrificed 2022 season developing last year's car was merc lmao
I kinda want checo to win the championship but I'm happy either if it's max or checo
I have seen this before when they think it's over for someone and then they come back stronger than ever
I love how people think there is still hope.
Let me show you what i mean:
VER has won 6 out of the first 9 races
VER has finished on the podium every race he finished (and would have finished on the podium in BAH+ AUS) => 7(9)/9 podiums
LEC last won in AUS (R3/9)
LEC last podium in USA (R5/9)
RB enjoy a 76 pt lead in CC
VER enjoys a 46 pt lead over PER (P2)
VER is 49 pts ahead of LEC (P3)
And, most importantly: I think Charles could definitely pull off a comeback, if he was in any team other than Ferrari.
Ferrari being ferrari was the exact reason I stopped supporting them in 2020. Really from 2018 the only thing I liked there was Seb.
There isn’t a dominating team this year, i kinda like it
RB??
Red bull have won 6 out of 8 races this season. To me that’s domination lol
@@MindfulnessGamer I'm sure ferrari will sort it out, they have a really good car

Lol did you hear Max on Jonesy and Amanda though? He was pretty great.
Also, you should totally get the new Lego Ferrari Daytona SP3 lol, it'd look rad for your set
I had understood that they porpoising rules were NOT coming for Canada, instead the races after. Did that change?
You're right, they will just be monitoring it this weekend, and they will start implementing it from Silverstone.
The 10 place grid penalty is just the cherry on top
btw, that beat at the end is dope af. Can you share the name?
All part of the 🅱lan for Ferrari... Allow your opponent to get comfortable and then boom, strike with a vengeance!
It’s all good. I think everyone had Ferrari being better than we’ve seen over the last couple races. I was really hoping for a better fight at the front. I think the new regs are going to hurt Ferrari until after the summer break. But at that point I feel it will be too late.
The 2021 against merc was hard but beating ferrari is a tradition
Right on man 🇪🇬🤘🇪🇬
Yow glad to watch the video so early GG PERS , fans of verstappen never back down
Thanks for watching!
Even though I'm a Max, Checo, and Red Bull fan, it sucks to see Ferrari struggling. The championship fight could be in 2021 levels between Max and Charles. Heck, even Checo and Carlos could duke it out
I honestly thought that this technical directive about bouncing doesn't work from this weekend 🤔
I'm rooting as well that Max Verstappen will defend his championship title. But i'm sure excited either for Perez, Sainz or Russell for that matter, or any other driver than Leclerc and Hamilton to win a race, get a podium, score point for their teams
I wouldn't say it's Max's championship but it's 1000% Redbulls.
If ferrari bring back the car they raced in Bahrain they might finish the race
You eyes almost look grey… Its dope
Im a Max Verstappen fan, but i honestly feel bad for the Ferrari fans out there... Imagine this happening to Max, that'd suck. Or re living the 2018, 2019, 2020 years when he had the speed but couldnt really do much because of the car.
I really like him to win a hard fought championship every other year.
Welp, im not bored (yet)
I think rebulls team is more complet then ferrari in nearly every aspect
And then people say they are terrible, because they don't support their drivers well enough. Gasly, Kvyat, Albon etc. Well, they aim for the best and that requires the best people.
@@Bearical yes i think sergio was a quick sulition but hes not for the long term
Where is all the "perez better than max" folks??? Or was he sabotaged again? 😁
They all have a qualifying car, so no comparrison with the race on sunday
If FIA does end up enforcing some sort of minimum ride height requirement, that would be the end for Ferrari and Mercedes who will see their trump card, downforce, become less effective, and therefore negatively affecting their overall pace more compared to Red Bull.
The FIA will just limit the amount of vertical G's exerted on drivers. If readings are too high they'll force them too raise the floor. This will lean towards RB even more cuz they got no more porpoising.
We will have to change the calendar and put the Saturday in red because Sunday is Red bull’s (well RED Bull but… you know)
Don't lose hope, we're only halfway into the season. I want Red Bull to win, but I also like to see Ferrari win again
I would say that if this weekend max wins and leclerc finishes outside the podium
