Oh my goodness, I always pack string backpacks and pencil packs, but I’ve never packed them together. What a brilliant idea. Would save space and one less step when assembling boxes. I’m totally going to start doing that! Your pencil packs are fabulous!
We had done these boxes for a long time. (so much fun) I love that you are sharing this, and early in the year so if others want to also make these they can start early. Thank you. God Bless 💜🙏
The coloring books you include with the pencil pouches seem to work well for the younger kiddos - do you include those as well for the 10-14 year olds?
I do. 10-14 is such a hard age (but it’s my favorite to pack for) because a 10 year old seems like a little kid but a 14 year old can be like a young adult in some cultures. With everything I pack, I imagine the child will love it or share it with someone who will. We have some other coloring books or color your own stickers we include in the older boxes.
I have just discovered your videos. LOVE the beautiful kittens! Are they siblings? I am also devoted to Operation Christmas Child. I found nice domino sets at Dollar Tree. I generally just pack filler not any GO boxes. That is easier for me. Dominoes (and checkers) are popular worldwide with both children and adults. These games can provide years of fun! Much better than the one time use of some other toys.

Thanks! I’m hoping to share ideas so we can all see the different fun things to pack in a shoebox!
Also stretchy headbands
I was thinking stretchy head bands too!
Beautiful cats
You are wonderful! ❤❤
Have you considered using shoe strings to tie the pencil cases? For girls you could use ribbons. Just a thought!
Good ideas!
