Not too sure how long you will be staying there for but it might be worth looking into buying a multi day ticket. If you Google you can find it, we used the app Budapest go for tickets on public transport :)

Twosome Travellers. The metro ticket must be validated on the way in. The ticket must be inserted into the yellow box with the numbers facing up.
Lángos originally comes in 3 flavors. All the rest were invented for tourists.
1. With salt +smeared with garlic. (I think is the true Lángos and worth trying, but not a first date dish :D)
2. salt + sour cream,
3. salt + cheese and sour cream.

Hey guys, @twosome i was thinking of booking this hotel. How did your check in process go? Would you genuinly recommend the hotel?
Hey! We were genuinely so happy with this hotel. All of the apartments looked brand new or atleast refurbished, the interior is gorgeous, very vintage (true to its name!) it’s in the heart of Budapest and we could walk everywhere which was really great. Plus the price which was so cheap. Everything was safe and secure with pin entries. The checkin process was great, there’s reception 24 hours a day (we arrived really late at midnight and no issues) the front door is located between Pizza Me and Chang with the blue sign, it’s a huge big entrance with statues either side. We walked past it initially! But there’s an intercom system where they buzz you in and you pick up your room card. Any questions, just shout :)

Lángos 14 euros.😂😂😂 The classic base lángos is pasta + garlic + salt. The cheapest food ever. What you ate was a fake pizza.😀😀😀
So disapointed each time i see tourist in my city, paying 14 euros for a Lángos. 😂
Its 3 to 4 euros downtown, guys.
And it comes only with two options : with cream or with cream and cheese.
And in this case, the cream is here only to prevent the cheese to melt cause of the heat. The pleasure is in the contrast beetween the hot dough and the chilled cheese.
Everything else is b*ulshit.
So sorry for you : you scammed yourself. 😂😊
But i can be bad, for example if you go to Karavan street food court (so expensive as well) or even worst : if you order some Gulyásleves inside a bread bowl. The worst mistake to make. Please avoid that at any costs...
