Pin has so many inner demons telling her she is not worthy, low status, a woman, must marry a man, she must follow the rules, etc. she is orphan so thinks Anin does not understand what its like to be without family which would occur if they went off together. I really want Pin to fight but I suppose she needs to fight herself first, before she gets to same place Anin. Anin is so brave she is an incredible, she will pick herself up and continue the fight, because Pin fight was killed in episode 12
Yes to everything you just said! Someone else in the comments had mentioned that Pin knows what it's like to lose a family, and I honestly didn't even look it from that perspective, so I'm so glad you guys brought it up. Makes sense that she would insist on marrying Kuea if it meant Anin could keep her title, and in essence, her family. 😔 I do wish she could meet Anin even just a quarter of the way though, but I also don't know what that would look like or what she could even do. 😭
This episode just showed anin pan while poor pin suffered in silence without any support what so ever. Just an observation. I do believe pin loves anin more then herself. If anin would have gave up her title she would have to leave the palace and have no contact with her family. Would also have to change her last name and left with nothing. Pin knows what its like to lose her whole family and didn't want anin to go through that. I know it seemed like pin was giving up but she chose to sacrifice herself to save anin. This was heartbreaking to watch though. Kuae will get his believe me. I know we will get a happy ending cause idol factory has never let us down yet. 😊
Thank you, I dived into the comments to see if anyone else pointed this out, otherwise I would've. The more I think about how alone Pin must feel, the sadder I get. The first time I cried during this episode was when Anin hugged her brother in part 3. But now, the one thing that makes me super emotional is Lady Pin in the end. 😔
You make a really good point about Pin knowing what it's like to lose a family! I honestly didn't even think about it like that, and now I do have a little more empathy and understanding towards her. I do wish she could lean into and trust Anin a little more. Anin's always been the kind of person to go after what she wants and what she believes in, regardless of the consequences (perhaps her strength and her downfall at the same time), but that is why I think they need to balance each other out.
I agree with burning the whole thing down! We ride at sunset! I'll drive! This whole episode made me so angry with everyone, especially Princess Patt, who has the audacity to look pleased with herself. I really want to slap that grin off her face. But yeah, no one who has to power to do anything is doing anything productive, and that is extremely frustrating. I feel like they're to make us wait until the very last episode to feel any better about this situation, and that is heartbreaking. Oh, I noticed a few episodes back that Pin was wearing more reds and purples instead of straight pink all the time, and I thought it was to show she was drawing more of her colour scheme from Anin, but it could just have been adjusted to show that she is older now, and she can dress less childishly. Just a thought. Love your take as always, and I'll try to recover from this heartache by next week so they can break it again. See you then!
OMG, yessss! 🤣Let's go! 🚗💨 Princess Patt is honestly starting to get on my nerves. Like, she could have chosen to relate to Pin and be empathetic about the whole situation, but she chose to be the complete opposite instead. And I can totally relate to the frustration. Feels like everyone with any power is just out here doing the LEAST, it’s actually painful to watch. 😩
It’s heartbreaking to watch Pin so helpless and feel so worthless. Everyone thinks she has a choice, does she really? Everyone’s mad at Pin and calling her a coward. In that era she’s basically a glorified maid, and her aunt made the choice for Pin. Pin was raised to be passive and to attend to the royals needs. She’s already brought shame to her family according to her Aunt and basically good as dead. Pin is sacrificing herself so Anin wouldn’t give up her title which is huge based on Anin’s mom’s reaction. This is the point that everyone is missing, Pin is basically a nobody. There was a part when Pin said to her Aunt something like how could I possibly thought that I could be with someone like Anin. Anin is a confident princess who experienced the western world like Aon so girl on girl relationship is okay. Pin is submissive, obedient and traditional like Ueangfa who is also being forced into a marriage that she doesn’t want. Definitely hugs to Anin, but more hugs to Pin.
Hey, friend! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and your perspective! ❤ Like others in the comments, you’ve highlighted so much depth to Pin’s situation-she really is in such a heartbreaking position. I think a lot of people, myself included, can easily miss how deeply ingrained these expectations are for her, and how sacrificing herself for Anin is something she sees as a duty, even if it's so painful for her. Pin’s been taught all her life to put others’ needs above her own, and she genuinely feels like she’s doing what’s right by not letting Anin suffer the way she has. You’re right; it’s like Pin’s free will is limited by what she’s been raised to believe about herself and her role. I do think she has some agency, though, and maybe that’s part of why this is so hard to watch-seeing her feel she has no choice when maybe, just maybe, she could find one if she let herself believe she deserves more. But like you said, her sacrifice is HUGE, and it says so much about who she is as a person. Thank you for letting me see it from this angle, and absolutely-hugs to both Pin and Anin. 💔
Anin's WORLD with Pin CRASHED. But she also recognized how much it effects her mom. Anin express her feelings. At least she came out to her mother. Pin knows that she hurting Anin. But she's protecting her from her losing family. Which is more valuable then the title and privileges. Prik and Pia are truly devastated. Little brother is so CLUELESS. And the father He really got on my nerves. The scene of Anin and Prik. 😢 There's so much love btw them. The idiot (Kuea) feeling superior. Auntie Patt letting Pin keep the ring. Don't know if it's a reminder; she has a ring from her lover the Princess Im. The idiot looking like a bottle of PEPTO BISMOL 😂 Anin's brother wearing blue to show his loyalty to her. The echoes of Anin's shoes on the staircase was so powerful. Pin watching Anin = taking in all of her presence, elegance and love to keep in her heart and soul. Anin's gift of the SILVER PIN is still her way of SAYING WE WILL BE TOGETHER. And to the IDIOT= KNOWYOUR PLACE Was SAVAGE Becky's performance PHENOMENAL Freen's eyes and body language spoke so much emotions. Greetings from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 New subscriber.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! This episode had me feeling all sorts of things--but mostly anger/resentment for all the people/social traditions/expectations keeping them apart. 😭 I was really hoping Princess Patt would be more sympathetic towards Pin, knowing what she herself has gone through. After all, there was a time she dared to love a princess, too. I know she didn't have her happy ending, but I so hoped she would want that for Pin. 💔 Also, yes, I CANNOT stand Kuea. I literally want to throw up everytime I see his face. 🤢 Great acting all around!
I’m watching a lot of reactors but I wanted to comment on this recent one to say that I really enjoy your reactions! Always love to hear what you have to say about this beautiful series. Also I forget what your dog’s name is but she (he?) is so cute always snoozing in the background. ❤
Thank you so much! I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying the videos! As far as the doggo, I call her Coco (not her actual name, but a nickname I've gotten used to calling her 😉). I'll make sure to pass your message along and let her know you think she's the cutest! ❤
Pin loves Anin much more than she’s loves anyone else ,herself included. Even though purportedly Pin is oldest age wise,Anin is more experienced in the matters of the heart . Although it must seem to her at the moment that Pin’s feelings aren’t as strong as hers or that Pin’s not as brave to accept and openly profess her love in return ,she should remember that both of their dynamics aren’t the same..As the aunt reminded Pin that they’re living there out of the graciousness of the royal family and she isn’t in the same status as Anin. I know she’s hurt also as this is a first for her too but she has to remember the choice was made for Pin and she’ll never love anyone else over Anin..
You're so very right! Princess Patt never fails to tell Pin how grateful she should be that she was taken in, and I think that's where a lot of her guilt comes from. 💔

My heart is breaking for Anin as she say she feels inferior to all men in the world 🥹😭 no girl you are 100x better
Right? They could NEVER
Thanx for reaction 😊 and I love your dog is sweet and quiet 😂❤
Thank YOU! Yes, she is the absolute best. I'm so happy to know she has fans! 😉
