Just like how Tony Stark isn't adopted in the movies but an actual biological son of Howard Stark (unless Future MCU retcons this), how Thor doesn't have an Older brother named Baldur, how Bucky isn't a young sidekick like Robin, how Hank Pym isn't the creator of the Ultron Program, and many others. Marvel Comics and MCU have different past/histories.
