Oh wow, it's beautiful but Zambia is becoming more expensive than the USA. You can get a huge house for that much or less depending on the area. All this not to say this house is beautiful.
Wow before I saw the price I thought people in the comments were exaggerating but indeed that is very overpriced,for that price u could probably build 4 of those houses easily,Zambia prices are getting crazy even just for land
The neighbourhood is nice and so is the house. However beautiful this house is, it is overpriced. This house's actual value must not exceed US$60 000. The actual building cost price, including materials and labour, is around US$48 000.

As a Ghanaian this house would’ve been priced like 450k in Accra, the price and the house are lovely.
