HOAs aren’t for everyone, but they do have some benefits, like maintaining neighborhood appearance and property values, managing amenities like pools or parks, and making sure everyone follows the same rules to keep things tidy. It can be helpful if you like a bit more structure in a community. But I get it, the restrictions aren't for everyone!

I got excited about the land but would NEVER buy a property under HOA. Wouldn't buy it even for a half of the price.
