I got the new 22/23 model this Monday. I had it on preorder from tackle direct. It actually came sooner than I thought but I’m glad it’s a 1 piece rod.
What you this is real gram test for this model? I have 1610BFS L one piece, and think it’s slightly heavier vs what Shimano rates, I would say 5-12, but not 3.5-10.
If you can find it cheaper grab it. I promise you the sensitivity on this rod makes 1 pieces not worth it to me at all. I like compact gear. I sold every rod I own production wise and kept this one. Says a lot.
Have you held in your hand a one piece or two piece rod in the same rod can you buy them tips for this rod 5 piece not to be nosy how much did you pay for this rod
They are bringing it to the states but for $900 no way not for a 4-5 piece rod or a two piece no even for a one piece that’s crazy in Japan asking $almost $800 no rod on the market is worth that
I've only used it 4 times it was defective When is got it snapped on a twig first cast so I thought it was weak, but this go round it held up. I'm thinking about selling it
@@The_Multi-species_Angler have you tried the abu crossfields? Abu makes a 654ml that is surprisingly balanced. 1/6 of the ultima price and feels similar to the ultima 166L. Specs have it at 120g but it feels better balanced than ultima.

Have you used the Various Avani saltwater finesses v8 that but I thought it was a braided line
It is braid this infinity pe x8 is the equivalent of avani without Saltwater Safe guard protection over the line.
