Honestly, as I listen I never thought an ASMR video could make me think so deeply about my personal life and the decisions I make, friends I keep around that aren’t really friends, people I keep around who don’t value me or my well being, or just the way I live out my daily life
Can't honestly tell you how much I needed this vid Lucy. I have been feeling so down this past couple of days and I suffer badly with depression due to severe hormonal imbalances, and I've just felt like everyone is against me and constantly criticising me and just wanting to run away from the world. I try to talk to my partner about it, but he just tries to get me to see things from the point of view of the people criticising me and I don't want to see it from their point of view, because I don't agree with it, and opinions are just that. They have no right to criticise or judge me. I've been through an awful lot. This video made me feel alot better and am truly grateful. Thank you so much ❤❤

That's a very nice video, Lucy's lovely soft spoken voice gives you a little boost whilst got relaxed, and with the music relaxation part at the end it's certainly to get into sleep.
