OMG they are just as cute as full grown adults as they are babies. Just devastating the bush fires in Australia killing thousands of these animals, wombats kangaroo's etc. Heart breaking. Makes me cry.

Some koalas just have that bug-eyed look. Northern koalas seem to have ig the most. Add to that all strangers with cameras flashing probably stressing her out a bit.

Das stimmt . Im Duisburger Zoo ist bei den Koalas immer absolutes Blitzlichverbot. Ich denke es was hier eine Ausnahme , da es seit langem Nachwuchs gab und die Presse da war. Mir ist als Duisburger nicht bekannt das das jemals wiederholt wurde. Also seeeehr seltene Ausnahme. Und das war mit Sicherheit auch nur 30 min. Vorstellung. Danach wie du gesehen hast gab's kein Blitzlicht mehr. Den Leuten wurde das dann direkt versagt.
Ihr macht euch wegen des Blitzlichtes und der Zoohaltung Sorgen? Wirklich? Also wäre ich ein Koala, würde ich lieber in einem Zoo am Arm eines netten Pflegers fotografiert werden, anstatt im australischen Busch qualvoll zu verbrennen! Denkt an das Video von Lewis, das um die Welt ging! 😪
Baby is trembling at the beginning . ..I am Aussie. You are putting these koalas under stress and that what causes clamidyia. Koala clamidyia is different to human type. In koalas it starts with eyes. But still can be caught sexually. Koalas mainly get clamidyia from loss of habitat and stress.

They do their best at Zoo Dusiburg. They are Experts and treat the Koalas very well. "Germand commands to "sit still""... such bullshit..
