I bank fish and this shith happens to me all the time too. Stuck in mud; almost stepped on a rattlesnake this summer; and nearly got impaled on a sharp root jutting out of the ground. But it's the love of fishing, that piece of mind it provides, that keeps me going.
LMFAO!!!! Not at you, but with you. Can't tell you over the years of crash and burning just like that I've done myself. Brings back memories. But it wouldn't be a fishing trip without a couple of spills and sticks from hooks. True fisherman in my book. Keep em coming. ✌️♥️😀

The bee sting and when he went to grab the camera and fell out of frame are golden 😅. I've got my own share of fishing fails as well...

I can't tell you Sir, how glad I am that I'm not the only on! Having snagged a bootlace on a root to nearly face plant in the river (yes to the swim) to having the bank give way under me. Being stalked by a couple alligators, and well, we won't get into why I loathe treble hooks, lol.

I'm surprised u didn't break any rods on some of those falls
Scarries moment for me was I was testing some lures with my pocket Shakespeare telescopic rod and I'd hooked a little pike (at least the lure worked!) But it was just heavy enough I couldn't pick it up with the rod to the elevated bank.
So I claimed down to the second level to unhool the little pike and as I turned over to get a hold of him, the bank gave way and I slid into the river. Pike was unhooked and safely released.
My phone and my copy of pokemon Heart gold survived... My 12 year old 3DS and the remote phob for my suv didnt... 😅😅😅 note to self kids: empty your pockets when fishing, even of you are just testing lures.

How many brothers and sisters do you have?
First of all you need some boots. This is not a tennis shoe activity.
Actually a pair of leather boots would have been ruined many times over in just this short video and anything less than leather boots is just tennis shoes which I use also. But now they make hikers which are tennis shoes on steroids I'm gonna try a pair come payday.
