I did a #CapriceAndElla episode similar to this two part #Roseanne episode (that aired a day after I turned 10) as well as Terms of Estrangement. The Caprice & Ella episode is called “Terms of Enragement: Preston Pointe Your Luck to Newburyport Apartments”
“I got a loose meat restaurant, I know what to do with a body.” That line has lived rent free in my head since this episode first aired! Absolutely amazing! Also Roseanne grabbing the TV and then dropping it when Fisher claims it is an excellent show of dominance on Roseanne’s part.
When a man shows you who he is, see it/hear it! IF he hurts you then promises never to do it again with all the pretty things you want to hear...then hurts you again...his word is garbage. Get OUT!!
Roseanne was never going to leave Jackie alone in a room with him. But I’m glad they wrote Jackie ultimately making the decision for herself. It wouldn’t have worked if she left only because Roseanne told her to do it.
