I would totally be down to do a week long readathon with the Disney Twisted Tales. I've got about 6 of them, I've not read them and I really want to get Unbirthday and the Beauty & the Beast one.😅😅 The last Alice in Wonderland retelling I read was the Son's of Wonderland series which has a spin-off series "Daughters of Neverland", that I haven't started yet. I have a lot of books that I'm VERY LATE to reading: Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, The Maze Runner, Percy Jackson, Autoboyography, What if it's Us?, Vicious, and many more. 😂😅

Please do a Disney readathon! I would love to read some more Twisted Tales. I have almost all of them and I've only read the Cinderella one, which I enjoyed.
The Mulan one (Reflection) was my favorite, also by a different author than the Aladdin/Little Mermaid/Beaty&the Beast ones. I didnt really like Liz Braswell's writing, but the Mulan author (I forgot her name) was a lot better

I read Girls of Paper and Fire last year and LOVED it! It’s not even that high fantasy, yes there is a fantastical aspect but I’d say it focuses way more on the characters and what they’re going through. I think you’d really like this book Hailey!
Honestly, Ninth House is kind of hard to get through until u reach like 150-200. But once u get there, omg things just go on a rollercoaster and will leave you SHOOK!
They Went Left shattered my heart over and over again. It was deeply personal for me because my grandma was polish/German and was separated when she was 12 from her family during the war. She never saw them again and They Went Left had so many similarities with her story.
Please please please can we have an updated Alice shelf tour. Finding you on RUclips was like finding a green light to let my book collection grow. I now have 30ish Alice books 😃
If you do read aurora rising I recommend the audiobook because it has a full cast so it helps with the multiple perspectives and made it more immersive for me at least.
I’m late reading Eliza and Her Monsters, Six of Crows, Strange the Dreamer, Children of Blood and Bone, The Nightingale, The Astonishing Colors of After, Radio Silence, and the last four books of Harry Potter.
Hello from Oregon (so exotic, right?)! My TBR is out of control too and yet I keep on adding to it. I love your channel and you’re so beautiful! Stay safe and healthy!

Leigh Bardugo is my favorite author and I know it has mixed reviews but it has become one of my favorites, I loved the dark arcadamia mixed in with paranormal story line. Great video Hailey I hope you enjoy all these books
I'm currently reading The Starless Sea and it is AMAZING. I also didn't vibe with the Night Circus, so I was really hesitant to pick this one up, but I'm so so glad I did because it's phenomenal. Perfect for anyone who lives and breathes stories (like me).

i enjoyed Caraval and Legendary but reading Finale was a drudge. I love love love The Starless Sea. Your dress (or shirt) matched all the Disney retellings! I really liked The Looking Glass Wars. Loved Uprooted. I liked both Skyward and Starsight but I was surprised that there was a whole other layer of character and world building to have to work on through the second book. It wasn't bad, it was just more work than I expected, but it had the same amazing grand finale vibe. I liked the Leviathan series a lot. It's steampunk. I adored Carry On and Wayward Son but the beginning of the first book was a struggle because it felt so much like a remake of Harry Potter. Ninth House was a fun read but honestly it reads more like a YA than an Adult book. I bought The Queen of Blood trilogy altogether because I loved the covers and I really enjoyed the first book and I'm itching to get to The Reluctant Queen. Julie Berry wrote another book that I’m reading right now! It’s called the Scandalous Sisterhood of Prickwillow Place. I’ve actually had it for about three years now, but after reading Lovely War I had to give it a chance. 😂
You and I are a lot alike as to how we read. I do the same things you do, but couldn't explain why I do! I put off books for so long, and then I have to reread the whole series... yeah. I love fantasy, its my fave genre, but lately I have also wanted to mostly read easier reads, so I've read a lot of romance and contemporary. Although lately I've been wanting mysteries, so also reading those. I also have not finished Throne of Glass. I read all of them up to Kingdom of Ash, and then I didn't read it when it came out! Right now I'm almost done with my reread of Heir or Fire. I started it 3 months ago. SMH
haha it is never too late! I am still discovering favs from like 2013 , 2012 hehe!
I hate when you want to read the next book in the series, but you’ve completely forgotten the first one and you don’t want to go back and reread!
I have so many books that I have not read yet, but that's because I don't read a series until the entire series is out 😅 because I love bingeing series. So like the Throne of Glass series, I waited until the entire series finished until I read it haha
This list looks a lot like my goodreads tbr. We're in the same boat!

I have three of the Disney twisted tales Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, and The Little Mermaid. I’ve only read the Beauty and the Beast one so far since that was the first one I picked up and absolutely loved it and now I already want the rest of them!
