Chicharon Bulaklak is the membrane that surrounds the intestine. It looks interesting but I never tried it 😅 Jacob is such a good sport for trying out street food. The last time I visited the Philippines, I had fish balls and I went straight to the hospital so I haven't tried any since then 🥲 anyway, kudos to Kristy and Jacob for having tteok bokki and not bashing it or the cook. I'm sure they understand that it's catered to the locals' palate not Koreans 👍
